Since these two icons of WWE cemented their reigns at the grandest stage of them all, the wrestling world has been asking one big question...at the grandest stage of them all, who really is the better man The Undertaker or Shawn Michaels? Now i am sure most people would naturally go for The Undertaker and you can't blame them after all 16-0 IS 16-0 but what people do not realise or seem to forget is HBK brings a whole new game when he arrives at Wrestlemania, an S game if you like and those who have faced me winning or losing know that when the match was over the better man truly won on the night but for now lets look at some key points -

1. The Undefeated streak is one of WWE's and even Wrestling greatest runs in history right up there with the likes of Ric Flair's 16 world titles or Bruno Samartinos 8 year reign as the champion and it hasn't been against mid card superstars that is for sure beating the likes of HHH, Kane, Big Show, Sid vicious, Batista, Edge and Randy Orton which isn't a bad list in the win column for any superstar and like any winning run The undertakers convince will be growing more and more

2. The Determination of HBK is unparalleled where he gets the fight from is beyond anyones imagination but we do know that since he became a main eventer the matches he has had at wrestlemania have always been a classic encounter that has left the arena is awe at his brilliance from the Iron man match vs Bret Hart to the classic battle against Kurt Angle to the match of the year against Ric Flair.

3. The Fan base will be split down the middle fpr this one you can rest assure about this because in all the years people have asked who could end the undertakers streak at wrestlemania and only one man has been put at the top of that list...its not Hogan, Austin, The Rock or John Cena...But the only man in WWE who legendary status could match or surpass the deadmans and that man is SHAWN MICHAELS so if the undertaker does lose at wrestlemania you can be sure no-one will be disappointed

4. One major fact that people may not know is in the entire history of WWE Shawn michaels has a record of his own that no other superstar has...you may not believe this but Shawn Michaels is the only man that the Undertaker has NEVER defeated which may prove to be a major factor in the match

So in the end is the Undefeated Streak of Wrestlemania Vs the Undefeated streak against the undertaker and this time i won't predict a winner because its too good to predict to be honest and i dont mind who wins this one wether its the Deadman or HBK...You will witness a classic that truly has be 20 years in the making!!!

Excellent piece Vyrus! OK to clarify for ndxndx, he meant in the history of HBK vs. Undertaker matches a while back (none at Mania though), HBK comes out on top like the Casket Match HBK injured his back on landing on the casket to the Hell in the Cell.

Some other notes on this match:

1. It's also 2 Texas guys the fans will be watching so that too will give this match a huge divide, or it might be like a respect match where both get cheered on.

2. Listening to my local Sunday pro wrestling/MMA show at http://hardcoresportsradio.com they're talking about topics of this match, including how this might be the last match of Mania 25 on the card. I could see that too.

3. On that HIAC note, a few mentions to have them in one more at Mania but unlikely since too many gimmick matches would be much, but would be a nod since the 2 also help christian that match into WWE.

I"m also for Undertaker going 17-0 after Mania 25 since HBK is already Mr. Wrestlemania and doesn't need the rub of a win. I used to think Taker should lose to a young up and coming talent but as time passes, I've changed my mind that unless you got a stud guy pushed and the stars align, it's better to allow for loyalty for Taker to retire with that Streak when he chooses to hang them up. Also HBK talked about how Mania 26 might be his last so he'd be willing to lose this one and get a win on his final match if he so chooses. OK take care!

Actually the back drop on the casket wasn't the thing that injured Shawn Michaels back but it was the final straw for HBK, apparently he had injured it just after Survivor Series somehow (in the ring or at home) and had been working with it all hush hush taking pain killers and trying not to use his back as much as he could but after the casket match against the undertaker his back was so messed up and borderlining disability he finally came clean to the injury after the Royal Rumble which by then the WWE had scheduled him to lose it at Wrestlemania and for one reason or another couldn't change that so kept him on the pain killers and followed every single fall he took with extreme caution
