For some Hispanics, they tend to do that. When its friends, strangers, and families, both parties give each other a kiss on the cheek. I usually don't do that because it seem really weird for me xD

I'm alright with public pecks on the cheeks, the occasional hug, but overall I'm not a big fan of PDA.

Kissing as a greeting?

Depends where. Cheek and hand is fine. Anywhere else is off limits.

Whoa, I very rarely see any man kiss the hand of a woman. It seems to be a bit of an antiquated practice, chivalry that is.

It is quite cool though, I wish these practices were kept alive better. Walking to the outside of her, opening the door, pulling out the chair, etc.

You can kiss me, but you can't fall in love with me.

I suppose it could depend on where you live. The neighborhood, atmosphere, etiquette, and people's views alter. I receive these practices almost always.
