And I'm sure everyone pretty much expected them to end up together with the way Luna eventually got him to warm up to her. Karin and Usui from Chibi Vampire Karin: I haven't read the manga all the way through, but I'm pretty sure they never really kissed. Thats really all thats off the top of my head. I'm sure most of the obvious ones have been covered by now.
