College life isn't really that much different from high school (aside from an increased number of guys who try to get in your pants), it will be whatever you make it out to be by joining clubs, spending time with specific people, etc. You have a little bit more responsibility like laundry and doing your dishes, but it's not that significant after the first month or so.

Q1: College life is a good change of pace for me, considering I do better when I'm independent.
Q2: First year in dorms, I was changing when a couple of my female dormmates walked in. Luckily I had my boxers on and half my jeans on. Kind of funny I guess, but they seemed to make a bigger deal than I did considering they would see more at a public pool.

Some advice:
1. Manage your time wisely.
2. Make good friends and notice the "Good friends" who are actually rotten. A lot of hypocrites out there and you notice it more when you spend a lot of time around other students.
3. Related to #2 since you're a girl, watch out for the guys that simply try to get in your pants.
4. Drinking is fine, despite all the bullcrap of "Drinking is not fun!" rhetoric; just do it responsibly.

lol, you're 15 and heading to college already??.. you probably have a different school system than mine...

but anyway, my University is HUGE!! it's like a small community.. buildings everywhere.. it's easy to get lost.... different buildings for different Faculties... lmao, then laboratories!!...

it's not that bad, as long as you're not one of those people who stresses out easily >"< lots of works and it's soo different from highschool, especially written works.. they're more anal about little things.. heheh

hmm, i really don'y have any funny experiences, i just make the most of it, everyday!!! ^^

hmm... in college you get to be more independent and you're not really important considering you're just a number in thousands of students who go to college. you're responsible for yourself and not many people will care. don't expect them to care esp. the professors. very few professors will actually care.

beware of college guys who just wants sex. choose your friends wisely.

my college is big also and this is what i did so i didn't get lost on the first day of school. the day b4 class started, i went on campus with a map and found the buildings/classrooms where my classes were. so when the day class started, i wasn't frantically finding my classes and didn't have to worry about being late. it helped a lot and maybe you should try this also if you want.

overall, i would say it's a tad bit different from high school. but anyways, good luck with college!

College isn't so bad as long as your around fun people.
Also, Don't let your work pile up, it drives you crazy when you realize that you don't have much time left.

lawl, congrats then
A1. College is nothing like hischool [: which is good at least where i'm going anyway. Im in the university and the classes are well, lets just say that they are... challenging <.< to say the least lawl. College/University is a melting pot of cultures and ppl. You'd meet ppl across all walks of life. Just be open but be smart in deciding as well. The lessons learned are not confined to the four corners of your classroom.

A2. The campus i'm in is the second largest unit in the whole university system (the school i go to have different campuses across the country and campus and unit are interchangeable). On registration day, freshman year... we had to do all the stuff - medical exam, bills, lines, registration for some classes and what not. during the medical exam, i guess the guy before me had noooo idea what was gonna happen...the examining physician was a female... lets just say that the guy came out of the examination room as red as a beet [:<

1. College is alright considering you can pick your own classes at the times you want them.
2. Funny story, I thought I was done with math too, but I was dead wrong, the classes get harder and the teachers get shittier. >:]

I have a year to go until I can graduate from high school in June 2010. I'm planning to go to CUNY City College or Hunter College for pre-med or major in Biology and pre-med at the same time. I really don't know a lot about college life.

College is a lot better than high school ever was. You'll find that a lot of college students (at least the ones that stick around) are in their mid 20's and older.

There's a lot more events that go on around campus so it's good to check things out.

College is great!
You don't do as many subjects as before but its about 10 x the work load buuuut your working for a subject that you supposedly like...
also your time table is awesome because some times you only have like one lesson and its not until about 1 so you get to sleep for a bit longer! Also new people, I have made some really great friends....

Other than that its shit!
I wish I was on a cloud somewhere playing a western acoustic and a C harmonica...well a guy can dream (during lesson)
