Now whenever we hear the two letters "GM" in the WWE it depends on how they run the show thath makes us cheer for them or boo them. Also aside from WWE Superstars, the General Managers are one of the guys in the business with a non-wrestling role that gets a lot of Heat in WWE. Two of these GM's have received more heat in WWE than any other GM and that's Former Raw GM Eric Bischoff and Miss EXCUSE ME herself Vickie Guerrero. But the question is who do you think does a better job as GM????

ERIC BISCHOFF - Former Head of WCW, founded the nWo, and almost put the WWE out of business is Eric Bischoff. He really shocked us all when he became Raw GM a few years ago and don't expect he'll get cheered for doing that considering his history with Vince. When he came to Raw he did so many Historical WWE moments and in my opinion two of his biggest (onscreen) accomplishments is the creation of the Elimination Chamber and the introduction of the World Heavyweight Championship. Also during his tenure as GM Bischoff would hire his own lackey (Jonathan Coachman), Apprentice (Johnny Nitro aka John Morrison), and he even had a special nephew (Eugene). But as the saying goes all good things must come to an end as Bischoff was fired from his position as GM and got threw out in a dump truck to boot. Needless to say Eric Bischoff has really left a mark in WWE even before he was employed there and to me he is without a doubt a first ballot Hall of Famer in the near future.

VICKIE GUERRERO - the first time well for me when I saw Vickie in WWE was when JBL gave Eddie Guerrero's Mom a Heart Attack. Back then I was like......okay she is Eddie's wife that's good but I didn't expect her to be involved in the same business as Eddie and Chavo's. Like the Ladder Match at SummerSlam w/ Rey Mysterio, Induction of her late husband in the Hall of Fame (R.I.P. Eddie), abd finally becoming Chavo's manager. It was at this time that Vickie was officially part of the business. Even going as far as becoming Assistant GM of Smackdown and finally.....THE General Manager of Friday Nights. She was actually pretty good as a Face GM until Edge came into her life. He was disguised as a cameraman and helped Batista retained the World Title from The Undertaker. It wasn't that long till we knew that Vickie put Edge in d HITC match on purpose and they shared a (Hold on I just threw up a little) a sloppy kiss and ended up getting (kayfabe) married. It was here that she coined the phrase "EXCUSE ME" and whenever we hear this we have no choice but to BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! her and to me she is doing one hell of a job i mean getting booed even before she started talking and has anyone noticed that when she was Chavo's manager its like he has authority over Vickie and that Vickie's GM, Chavo became Vickie's errand boy or something strange huh

But the question is who is the better Heel GM Eric Bischoff or Vickie Guerrero??????

Bitchoff pissed me off because he did a damn good job at being a heel. Which is evidence since I misspelt his name to make it offensive

Vickie doesn't piss me off because I find it funny how the crowd Boo her before she even gets a word out.

Bischoff, he made the Elimination Chamber!!! He should have more ideas than that as manager too.

Eric Bischoff of course because he's down to Earth and he is a true GM and the WWE fans love Eric Bissoff and he dost not say Excuse me like Vickie Guerrero says it all the time bring back Mr Eric Bischoff

Oh, definitely Eric Bischoff, controversy creates cash, he revolutionized wrestling especially the big move with the Elimination Chamber, he made every PPV interesting, he antagonized the fans to the degree of censoring their chants U Suck on Kurt Angle, unlike those no good made events like Fatal 4-ways, his main events was once decided in kinda like a Wheel of Fortune gigs to know the stipulations, even letting women fight in a steel cage match, he was the guy everybody loves to hate, unlike Vickie Guerrero who's garnering the attention of the fans backstage with her disgusting, horrific, puke-ish, gruesome love affair with Big Show, and she's got all this talents in her roster, she ain't even using any of them. Bring back Bischoff

Bischoff sucks! hes over-rated, and old news still trying to ride the wave he created back with the NWO (which is not a wave anymore, more like a ripple in the toilet bowl) and most importantly he is UN-FUNNY...

most ppl dont care when Bischoff makes an appearance... the crowd only boos him cuz hes a waste of damn time...

but listen to the HUGE POP of BOOS that Vickie gets every time she shows up! that only shows that the crowd LOVES to HATE her! and thats why i like her better than Eric. and most of all, shes FUNNY!!! laughter is a must...

Bischoff is making a credible come back, got to give him that.
But to me, if he doesn't put TNA on better competitive footing with the E in the next 4 years, Vicky takes the cake

As far as the GM role goes the anonymous GM on RAW shows it's such a dated role that worked for a bit but needs to either be retired or returned to a neutral role like the great days of President Jack Tunney or Gorilla Moosoon.

As far as Vickie vs. Eric-Eric knew a few good things in his WCW days like pushing the cruiserweights division to some great opening matches to the first run of the nWo. Thing is you need to keep evolving and he hasn't done that so he, Hulk Hogan and Vince Russo are running TNA into the ground with the booking that is recycled and unfresh while the real talent they got in guys like AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Desmond Wolfe, Jay Lethal, the MCMG, Beer Money, Matt Morgan, The Pope, Amazing Red, Hamada, Sarita, and likely many more who are better in ring talent than a lot of the WWE are going to waste in the background so former WWE stars who most have past their prime are being the TNA front men like Ric Flair, Hogan, Kevin Nash, Sting, Jeff Jarrett, Kurt Angle, Jeff Hardy, RVD, Tara and many more.

As far as even if just using Eric's WWE stay, the biggest mistake was he and Vince hugging when he first appeared-two rivals with a huge actual story wasted like many stories since then. Vince always found ways to embarass Eric like the Redneck Challenge with Austin so he wasn't effective generally as a GM.

I'm going with Vickie because remember she toughed a lot out since Eddy's passing. Given a job so not suited for someone to make ends meet at first she worked hard and even took time off once to tend to her family to get over as maybe the most over heel on either show. Look alone to anytime she comes out, no music, and just says "Excuse Me" and the place erupts with boos to a woman that her old husband was both adored at times and booed as a great heel too. I might not like how often she's used as the #1 heel and surely don't like using her in ring with almost no experience, but as a figure head even as an assistant GM/manager right now she's still working for that role, maybe almost too good since her heat does overshadow a bit those she manages (Dolph, Lay-Cool, beforehand Eric Escobar and Big Show and Edge).

The one thing you forgot to take into your equation is that Eric has always had to do his job from an underdog position.
Even his brief tenure in the E was this way, but what I'm really trying to say is that Vicky has never been in a smaller market, never proven herself to me in the sense that she can make the overall wrestling product grow.
She maintains a pre established audience and kills entertainment wise, but can she ever be a vessel to the next level?
Eric has proven he could do that, so if he can't do it again, I too am inclined to say the rookie is doing a better job today, but if he makes progress with the TNA brand with the E as his competition a second time around, there is no doubt in my mind he is the better genius in my book.
