it's already too late. we've already passed the point of no return. only thing this will do is delay to inevitable melting of the ice caps.

But since GW is due to unnatural causes, there is a point
if you want future generations to survive
turn out your lights for an hour

People are unnatural?

Ahh yeah I read this in the paper this morning. Huh, intresting. Of course I'm in. Anything to please mother nature.

I can't really rephrase it right so I'm just going to copy and paste

Electrical energy is usually generated by electro-mechanical generators driven by steam produced from fossil fuel combustion, or the heat released from nuclear reactions; or from other sources such as kinetic energy extracted from wind or flowing water.

We mostly use fossil fuels to generate electricity, when the fossil fuels are burned they emit harmful gasses that cause GW

Heck, if you want to set your house flames, using candles is a option

But I'm bored , Entertain this idiot

Meh I think this is kinda pointless??? Even though at my house lights are off at 8:00pm-5:30am already... Guess I will leave my lamp on this night though

But if this could really help the Earth (which I doubt) I would do it. This act is only a statement not a movement.

No
Though do you think if we didn't use this much amount fossil fuels our ice caps would be melting this fast?

I'm not an idiot. You don't know me, so don't make assumptions. Or were you referring to yourself? I mean, just check your grammar!
Besides many people use candles without burning down their houses. If lighting a candle meant setting your house on fire, there wouldn't be enough firefighters to go around!

I kindly asked you to entertain me, not that I make assumptions, but I'm wondering if you have some reading issues?? o.O

Yes, it is a statement. But please read what it says on the website. It's a statement for the world leaders to have a movement.

Sure they could melt slower. But it is still part of nature, because we are part of nature.
