Yeah, and thats really wrong, people get away with going to court for such crap.

McDonalds vs. fat people

the guy who broke into some guys house and then sued the guy because he got hurt while he was in his house.

Oh and lets not forget the guy who was surprised that his coffee was hot, and burnt himself and sued.

Its just another example of the court system failing

yeah you guys in the US totally lead the way in stupid suing. really its the fault of the judges for ruling on the side of the claimants. It that does is encourage them!

what makes it even more stupid was the only way to get her to stop was to counter sue on for libelous accusations. so the only person who won was the other lawyer he had to hire!

Huh, what an interesting case. In my opinion, the man is not at fault. She invited him over and the two of them both drank, even though she had been drinking earlier. With the two of them intoxicated, even if he was much less so, it's no surprise that they had sex. Instead of trying to sue a man who hasn't intentionally done anything wrong, she should just smack herself in the head and not get so drunk next time around.

It looks to me like she's just trying to find a way to make more money. If the two of them were really friends (Which I'm assuming they were if she invited him over) she would just be really embarrassed and probably avoid him for a while, but not SUE him. I feel sorry for the guy who's life may be completely trashed because of something minor that happened when he was drunk.
Though, I'm very curious to see how the courts will rule on the matter. Does a woman have the capability to consent to intercourse when she is intoxicated? And whatever the ruling, how intoxicated does she have to be before she cannot consent? And even if she can't use her full judgment to consent, is it considered rape if he is intoxicated as well? Very interesting indeed...

Women are so unpredictable and unfair. It's hard to deal with them even as a woman. I feel sorry for the guy. She must've been chugging down some serious whiskey or something to "forget" giving him consent to do her. XD

Um..... Maybe she raped him too since he had a lot to drink as well. So they both raped each other... Nobody drink anything anymore. Or we'll all go to jail for cross-raping each other.

Woah, that's stupid. I mean it's her fault that she had too much to drink, how can she blame anyone? Ugh, I thought the "class system" was over. -_-

Eh..actually both of them are at fault.

The guy took advantage of her.

And she shouldn't be drunk with the both of them alone...
