Like, she'd wear the Vash the Stampede's glasses, gloves and red jacket or she'd snitch her mom's lip liner or something and draw Kiba's facial markings. But I believe she was told to stop doing the Kiba thing after a while and stuck with Vash. nice. someone i used to hang out with had the vash glasses. i'd really love to have a good copy of his jacket tho. but probably in black. and i'm not exactly skinny like vash either, so it might not wear as well. but yea, i could see how facial markings would get frowned upon.. "excessive make-up" or something. |

No, but I'd like to see it. Most people I know don't even know what anime is....

There was this one time where my best friend and I went shopping in a different city. We didn't know that there was an AnimeCon going at that day. The whole city was full of cosplayers! We had a lot of fun, but after that time, I've never seen a cosplayer in real life again, ever.

i think it's cool when they wear just one or two of the item the character has. But overdoing it with wig and dresses makes me think they want to stand out and want people's attention toward them. now that's kind of...embarrassing.

It's not really a bad thing, but it got me wondering how many people actually cosplay in pubic. THE POINT OF THE STORY IS: Have you ever seen cosplayers in public? Do tell! E3 Where do you live that this is even possible? Anyway, the only times I've ever seen cosplayers in public is when there's some Japanese cultural event that these kids confuse for an anime con. Oh, and in Osaka. Totally random and out of place. A definite WTF moment. |

The only time I see people cosplaying in public here is during Animazement. I think it would be great to see it more often though. I, personally, love to cosplay and it'd be so much fun to walk around like that all the time :p

Imagine a perfect world where people only wear anime costumes. That would be so cool - although I am not much fan of cosplays. Just imagine that world... I'd definitely take Allen Walker's attire, yeah.

There used to be this guy that dressed up as Jack Sparrow in town every weekend.
I loved that guy. |

No one ever cosplays where I live.. :/ I guess the closest I get is the crazy old guy that walks around with a shopping cart dressed as an cowboy. He goes around picking up anything he can find, mostly empty bottles.. Wierd thing is, he is neither homeless nor poor..

I currently live in an area filled with retirees and if I saw a senior citizen cosplay, I will so gladly share it with you guys on CR. |

I've only ever see somebody cosplay as haruhi. It's not something I would see every day. In fact the chances of seeing anything anime related offline on an average day in the uk is like 1/10000.
