I can't watch anime without sounds, I never watch dubs (the FMA one is good though ) but subs just aren't the same without sound.

Do you mean if we where already deaf when we where born or if we suddenly went deaf tomorrow? If i was already deaf id be watching everything subbed anyway, so Anime would pretty much work the way the rest of my tv shows do. If i went deaf tomorrow sure, id still watch them but not being able to hear the voice actors i had grown so fond of, or the dramatic music, that would sting a little, i dont think id enjoy it the same way, but i would still enjoy it.

Anime relies heavily upon sound and music for atmosphere, so it wouldn't be anywhere as near as enjoyable. Cowboy Bebop's famous scene where they played 'Call Me Call Me' would just be two guys who can magically fit four eggs into their mouth and swallow them whole. It just wouldn't work.

Of course I would continue to watch anime if I were deaf. I'm already used to reading subtitles anyway, although it would suck not being able to hear them talk. I've even put the captions on at times for shows in which they speak English. Unfortunately, unlike anime, a lot of shows don't come with subtitles and the captions on the TV sometimes aren't good.
If I were blind, well then I wouldn't really be able to watch anime or much of anything unless I have good hearing and a great imagination.

As long the subtitles is on the screen, you can read it if you can't hear.
For blindness, I have no idea.
