Xemnas is the Nobody of Xehanort, Rank I within Organization XIII, the ruler of The World That Never Was and the main antagonist of Kingdom Hearts II. He wields the element of Nothingness, and channels his element into his weapons, red blades of energy called aerial blades. He commands the Sorcerer Nobodies.
Despite his original name being Xehanort, he uses an anagram of his mentor's name: Ansem, due to Xehanort stealing the name prior to discarding his heart and body. Xemnas will be a playable character in the multiplayer format of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Xigbar, the Freeshooter (魔弾の射手 Madan no Ite, lit. Magic Bullet Shooter), is Rank II within Organization XIII. Xigbar wields the element of Space, and uses his element to freely direct the projectiles from his weapons, twin "Gun Arrow" blasters. He commands the Sniper Nobodies.
Xigbar is the fourth to last to be defeated and the second to speak to Sora in Kingdom Hearts II, although he does so hooded at first. In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Xigbar will be featured as a playable character in multi player mode. In an interview, Tetsuya Nomura said that "Xigbar's attacks have a high range, but he has slow reloading time."

Xaldin, the Whirlwind Lancer (旋風の六槍 Senpū no Rokusō, lit. Six Lances of the Whirwind), is Rank III within Organization XIII. He wields the element of Wind, and uses his element to freely manipulate his six lances without holding them directly. He commands the Dragoon Nobodies.
Xaldin appears in Kingdom Hearts II as a villain in Beast's Castle, and spends his time in the game attempting to plunge Beast into despair in the hopes of separating his heart from his body. Xaldin will be a playable character in the multiplayer gameplay of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days but is also seen being teamed up with Roxas in the single player. In recent scans, Two new weapons have been shown, a Sky Blue variety and a Giant variety.

Vexen, the Chilly Academic (いてつく学究 Itetsuku Gakkyū, lit. Freezing Scholar), is Rank IV within Organization XIII. He wields the element of Ice and uses it to command storms and blizzards while defending himself with his massive shield.
Vexen was the highest ranking member of the Organization inside Castle Oblivion, yet, ironically, he is the first Organization member to be eliminated. He created the Riku replica from the real Riku's data and uses the replica to carry out several experiments on Riku and Sora. Vexen appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix. He will be appearing in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days as a playable character during multiplayer mode.

Lexaeus, the Silent Hero (静かなる豪傑 Shizuka-naru Gōketsu), is rank V within Organization XIII. He wields the element of Earth and uses his massive Centurion tomahawk to create earthquakes and brutally slam opponents.
Lexaeus appears in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories during Riku's storyline, working with Zexion and Vexen to try and manipulate Riku into serving them. In contrast to his fighting style and physique, he is a disciplined schemer, who often tries to keep people in line, such as Vexen. Lexaeus will appear in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days as a playable character in multiplayer mode. In a recent interview, Tetsuya Nomura said that Lexaeus "has slow movement, but has very high attack power."

Zexion, the Cloaked Schemer (影歩む策士 Kageayumu Sakushi, lit. Shadow-Walking Schemer), is Rank VI in Organization XIII and one of the main antagonists in Riku's storyline in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories (the others being Ansem and the Riku Replica). He wields the element of Illusion, and uses his element to create illusions and objects to fight for him. Unlike the other Organization members, Zexion's weapon was originally unknown, and his talents were used only outside of normal combat. In Re: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+, Zexion's weapon was revealed to be a book called a lexicon.
Zexion appeared in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories as a participant in the struggle within the Organization between the newer and veteran members. He is also central to the plot to use Riku as a puppet in Castle Oblivion. Zexion will appear in the upcoming game Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, as one of the playable characters in multiplayer mode. Tetsuya Nomura called Zexion a "mysterious character" for the game. The team is aiming for Zexion to absorb enemy attacks with his book, then use their own attacks against them

Saïx, the Luna Diviner (月に舞う魔人 Tsuki ni Mau Majin, lit. Demon Man Dancing in the Moon), is Rank VII within the Organization XIII, as well as the apparent second-in-command. He wields the element of Moon, and uses his element to enter a berserk rage where he mercilessly attacks opponents with his massive claymore. He commands the Berserker Nobodies.
Saïx is the second-to-last members of the Organization to fall, and is perhaps the strongest among them besides Xemnas, fitting given his position as the second-in-command. Saïx along with all other members of the Organization, will be a playable character in the multiplayer mode of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Axel, the Flurry of Dancing Flames (おどる火の風 Odoru Hi no Kaze, lit. Wind of Dancing Flames), is Rank VIII within Organization XIII. He wields the element of flame and enchants his weapons, twin chakram, with his element to unleash powerful rapid attacks. He commands the Assassin Nobodies.
Considered a Trump card by the rest of the Organization, he acted as a double agent in Castle Oblivion, keeping track of Marluxia's plans for the other members, then betrayed the Organization for his friendship with Roxas, acting of his own accord to try and see him again once Roxas joins with Sora. Axel will appear in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days as a playable character in the multiplayer format.

Demyx the Melodious Nocturne (夜想のしらべ Yasō no Shirabe, lit. Melody of Nocturne), is Rank IX within Organization XIII. He wields the element of Water, and uses his weapon, the sitar, as a musical instrument to make his element fight for him in battle. He commands the Dancer Nobodies.
Demyx plays a minor role in Kingdom Hearts II, where he is tasked with tracking down Sora to liberate Roxas' "true disposition". Although he dislikes fighting, he is directed to use "aggressive tactics" against Sora and his companions to bring out Roxas. Demyx will be a playable character in the multiplayer gameplay of Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days.

Luxord, the Gambler of Fate (運命を賭す者 Unmei o Tosumono), is Rank X within Organization XIII. He wields the element of Time, and uses his element to force his opponents to play timed games, with unfortunate consequences if they can't learn the rules and lose. He commands the Gambler Nobodies.
He harassed Sora and his friends in Port Royal, playing a game with them involving the cursed Aztec treasure there. He later battles Sora alone in the World That Never Was, and is the third-to-last member of the Organization to fall.
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days will feature Luxord as a playable character. Scans have shown him teaming up with Roxas in Wonderland, and a recent scan shows him using new card weapons (ones with a green backside and ones with six-sided multi-colored backsides) in Twilight Town.

Marluxia, the Graceful Assassin (優雅なる凶刃 Yūga-naru Kyōjin, lit. Graceful Assassin's Blade), is Rank XI within Organization XIII, the lord of Castle Oblivion and the main antagonist of Sora's story in Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. He wields the element of Flower, and uses his element to command beams of destructive energy from flower-themed minions and attack opponents with his massive scythe.
Originally discovered by senior Organization members Xigbar and Xaldin, Marluxia is the mastermind of an internal rebellion in the Organization against Xemnas, and Sora's final boss of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories. Marluxia will make an appearance in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days and is a playable character in the multiplayer mode.

Larxene, the Savage Nymph (非情の妖姫 Hijō no Yōhime, lit. The Callous Princess), is Rank XII within Organization XIII, and was originally thought to be the only female member. She wields the element of Lightning, and uses her element to bombard opponents with rapid attacks while also attacking them with her weapons, electrified throwing knives.
Larxene plays a large role in Sora's storyline during the events of Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories, appearing frequently to taunt Sora and taking delight in the rage and agony she spurs in him. She will appear as a playable character in the upcoming Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days' multiplayer mode.

Roxas is Sora's Nobody and a former member of Organization XIII, born when Sora took his own heart. Although Sora's heart was soon restored, Roxas continued to endure and exist, oblivious of Sora's existence for most of his life. Prior to the events of Kingdom Hearts II Roxas was Rank XIII within the Organization, and bore the title Key of Destiny (めぐりあう鍵 Meguriau Kagi, lit. "Happened-upon Key") because of his ability to wield the Keyblade. He wields the element of Light, and uses it to dual-wield two Keyblades and command pillars of light to strike opponents with powerful blows. When he was a member of the Organization, he commanded the Samurai Nobodies.
Roxas was also the mysterious hooded figure in "Another Side, Another Story" as well as in Deep Dive. During the prologue of Kingdom Hearts II, the player controls Roxas until Sora is awakened. In the upcoming game, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days for Nintendo DS, Roxas will be the main character. This game will focus on the time period between Roxas's birth and his departure from the Organization, eventually leading to his capture at the hands of Riku and DiZ.

Xion is the fourteenth member of Organization XIII, and is to appear in the upcoming game Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. At the Square-Enix press conference DK∑3713, she was revealed in a trailer to have strange connections to both Naminé and Kairi. A recent Famitsu article has stated that she has a "tragic yet, brave fate." Xion has been shown in pain being held in Riku's arms, questioning her existence, indicating that her fate may indeed be tragic. Axel is quoted saying that no matter how often Xion tries to escape, he will always bring her back. This suggests that Xion is not in the Organization on her own will, but is forcibly kept a member of the Organization.
She appears to be good friends with Axel and Roxas, and they are often seen hanging out together in Destiny Islands. She seems to be rather kind, aiding Axel and Roxas in one mission and talking respectfully to Riku at Destiny Islands. She mentions to Riku she has an important friend, and asks about "that girl who was with Sora", referring to Kairi. Riku tells Xion she "must return to her true self", but she seems reluctant to do so as she now has friends. She also says that Kairi is someone who is supposed to resemble her. Roxas and Axel both confront Xion in Twilight Town, where she raises her Keyblade to fend off Roxas when he approaches her. When Axel meets her in front of the Twilight Town mansion, she orders him not to go easy on her, and Axel reluctantly summons his chakram and attacks.

This may be important: Saix is seen talking to Axel in the English trailer asking Axel,"Which would you rather suffer the loss of, a real friendship, or a make-believe on?" IDK, but I hope someone knows why...

I think he's talking about how when Saix and axel weren't nobodies they were friends 'a real friendship' and Axel's friendship with Xion and Roxas is 'fake' because they are nobodies, and Saix probably feels like he's not close to Axel anymore...
