both my parents were involved in the raising process, but I consider my dad the one who taught me all the valuable lessons in life. My mom thinks she's the better parent because she's sane I guess. My dad, being a mentally unstable drug addicted pathological liar was able to teach me a lot more about real people and the world I actually live in. Mom's in some wierd there are no strangers, only friends you have met yet. She keeps wanting me to go out and find myself a woman because in her religioun (I guess mine too, I give the lip service so the family won't lose face) I would typically be getting married about now. I always just want to ask her "And how did that work out for you?" God damn she has to be the most stupid person I've ever met who also has a masters degree.

i would say my parents but my dad has never take an interest in me and my siblings... he only just know how to correctly pronounce my name (and also spell it)
