Sadly, no, not so much. I've been around Asians all my life, and Europeans are really hard for me to distinguish from one another. xD

OK we'll see, forgive me if im wrong...

Eastern Europe especially British usually have blue eyes and brown eyes but green eyes are rare, white pale skin, pointed nose, their jaws noticeably square in shape, and normally have brown hair... but Irish and Scottish usually redheads.

Spanish Portuguese Italian Greeks and nearby countries have noticeably big brown round eyes, hairy face and body, skin usually olive in tone usually in Mediterranean but most of the upper part had intermediate Caucasian whiteness. Spanish and Portuguese are naturally endomorphic and mesomorphic meaning they had tendency to built more muscles and had broader structures. Italians usually had triangular pointed nose and body built range from thin to lean muscular, but some Italians are stout and short. Italians are noticeably have broad foreheads. All of them have naturally curled wave hair. Some of them have Arabic or Latino eyes especially Greeks, just like in Mexico or in any part of South America, or even deeper.

French on the other hand had mixed up so it hard to tell if they were french or not unless you hear them speaking... but as the research states, most french are skinny and tall. French had also naturally curled chestnut brown hair and had big deep eyes just like some Germans and Central Europeans. Germans and other Central Europeans have distinctly Caucasians in feature, in other words they are average Caucasians that usually doesn't show ethnicity at all. But some Germans had prominent cheek bone structure comparable to the Blacks that usually noticed when they smile..

Scandinavians are naturally blond, unless it had mixed with other race. They have very-light-yellow-skin tone to very-light-pale-white skin. They are usually have round and oval shape heads and most of them have green and blue eyes. They are thin to lean built usually teens....but it varies.

Russians have distinctly small narrow eyes just like Asians but Caucasian in sense. Some of them have even Arabic features, usually the nose and eyes parts. They are also pale white people. Usually have black hairs but some are browns. They have pointed nose either, naturally a Caucasian characteristic. Most of them are really look like Asians in any way, from their height to their body built, but their skin color differ them...

Well, all of it is just my personal observations... Besides, Europe is really mixed up so its really hard to tell.

I totally agree.

Based on looks? Good luck. Accents are probably the easiest way.

Mediterranean people are my lost siblings; dark hair, pale skin, excessive body hair...my lost family.

Germanic people (Germany, Austria, Denmark, etc.) are tall, and usually blond.

Celtic people are like a blend of Mediterranean and Germanic people.

Nordic people tend to have triangular faces.

East people are like a blend of Mediterranean people and Nordic people, but usually with small body frames.

But of course, the easiest way is by their language; I can tell the difference between most European languages; I understand all Latin languages, I can tell the difference between a Germanic language, and a Slavic language just by listening someone talking.

I'm European, and I can't distinguish between different ethnicities purely by facial features. Generally, people from South Europe have darker features than those from higher up, but there are exceptions to this, and with all of the mixing throughout Europe, it's virtually impossible. However, I can distinguish a lot of European languages, and dialects, so I'd have a better chance if I heard them speak.
