Amaendaiyo/Katsu, He is My Master, Nagasarete Airantou, and Seto No Hanayome are my biggest recommendations for the animes on this site, but if Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu!, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, and History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi are here THAN BE SURE TO VIEW THEM IF YOU LIKE FUNNY!!!

Amaendaiyo: Hatanaka Ikko, a 16 year old boy, is a first year trainee at the Saienji Buddhist Temple. He was sent there by his parents to be trained by his grandmother, the Saienji Priestess. At the temple he finds himself surrounded by beautiful female priestesses-in-training. Upon seeing a girl naked, Ikko has the ability to turn into a super-monk, performing massive exorcisms for the good of the temple.
Amaendaiyo Katsu: In this sequel, a girl named Kazusano Kazuki join up with the 6 girls and Ikko. With Kazuki around, Ikko will find himself in more embarassing situations with these priestesses-in-training.
He is My Master: Yoshitaka Nakabayashi, a 14-year-old millionaire who got this huge inheritance after his parents died in an accident, found himself needed to be taken care of and tried to hire live-in maids to do the job. Two runaway girls, Izumi Sawatari and her younger sister Mitsuki, stumped into Nakabayashi's mansion and got hired by Yoshitaka immediately, for Yoshitaka is not only a rich boy but also a pervert with uniform fetishes, who wants to be addressed as goshujin-sama (master). Having nowhere else to settle down along with Mitsuki's pet alligator Pochi, Izumi accepted the job reluctantly.
Nagasarete Airantou: One day, Ikuto has a fight with his father and as a result runs away from home in the heat of the moment. Everything was going well until he boarded a ship, but then he carelessly fell overboard. After encountering the most serious raging storm in a hundred years, and spending many days adrift, he arrives here, at "Airantou". However, this island is a little weird...because, this Airantou is an island comprising solely of girls. An (extremely enviable) destiny awaits Ikuto.
Seto No Hanayome: A young boy gets saved from drowning by a mermaid but, according to mermaid law, if a human sees a mermaid's true form, both have to be killed. The only solution to the problem is for him to marry her. But can they keep her secret from being found out.

These are summaries for the ones I know are on crunchyroll, so if you haven't already seen them and you like humor that literally drops you to the floor laughing (At least it did for me, I mean I couldn't breathe because it was so funny SERIOUSLY!), then view these or at least favorite them to watch later. I garauntee that you'll at least like one of them.

Gintama. Nothing else even holds a CANDLE to it, in terms of humor.

Yakitate was really funny. It's hilarious because it's about cooking bread and they have so much suspense and action behind it.
"OMG, HE'S POURING TOO MUCH WATER IN THAT DOUGH, YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!"
"AZUKA WILL NOT WIN UNLESS HE HAS SOME TRICK UP IN HIS SLEEVES"
"I ADMIT, the ROUMEN TECHNIQUE WAS SUPERB..."
are some quotes used by the characters for the cooking excitement. I laughed a lot during the series cause it's long... but I think it's also because I just get amused too quickly.

Another show that I liked was Muteki Kanban Musume. It's about a girl that works for a ramen restaurant. But somehow, the writers decided to make the theme orbit around fighting. The main character is very hostile and many characters want revenge (but fails because she's too strong). The plot goes nowhere but it's the little stuff that makes it funny. But then again, maybe I am just amused too quickly.

Love Hina/Love Hina Again were also a good series. But I can't say it was great if grading purely on comedy.

Great Teacher Onizuka has some nice moments in it. It's different than the type you see in

in yakitate japan the ther funny thinng were the reactions of the judges after eating the bread xD

omg the bruce lee reaction was funny i was rofling xD
