I read the occasional Penny Arcade, but not as much as I like too.

Perry Bible Fellowship = deranged children's educational materials http://pbfcomics.com/

Errant Story = fantasy comedy/drama http://www.errantstory.com/archive.php?date=2002-11-01

Sluggy Freelance = Oldie but goodie, like the simpsons for geeks http://www.sluggy.com/daily.php?date=970825

College Roomies From Hell = A decent comic that gets really weird really quick http://www.crfh.net/d/19990101.html

Adventurer's = Really makes fun of RPG format, and the villian is incredible http://adventurers-comic.com/d/0001.html

Pokey the Penguin = Probably the best or worst webcomic, depending on your taste http://www.yellow5.com/pokey/archive/

As a note, I cued all these up to the first comic in the series, if it exists. And as a general note for webcomics, the artistic talent usually doesn't kick in till after the first couple months, so even if it looks like crap in the beginning, it will look like less crap as time goes on. Same goes for plot, too.

Except Pokey. Pokey is perfect from day one.

I read three comics regularly, and a few others infrequently.

www.megatokyo.com
Best. Comic. Ever. Best amerimanga ever, PERIOD. I give it a perfect 10/10.

www.bobandgeorge.com
Hilarious, and it never, ever, EVER gets old. I give it a 9/10

www.drmcninja.com
C'mon...he's a ninja...and a doctor...that alone makes it awesome, but the hilarious hijinks he goes on are fantastic. I give it an 8.5/10

I also occasionally read Penny Arcade and VG Cats, and I used to read Nazi High for a short while.

I read Ctrl Alt Del (who doesn't?), VG Cats (again, no surprise), Dr. McNinja, Bob and George ('cause Mega Man is awesome), Gone With the Blastwave, and Overcompensating. I used to read 8-Bit Theatre, but I haven't in at least a year. I should remedy that. I tried to start a webcomic once, but then my scanner broke.
