What happened to the old-fashioned way? Beating the living bejeezus out of the kids?

It worked just fine for me
Now excuse me, I have a puppy to sacrifice.

See how would the father care for her this time.
Yes, he'll provide her daily needs (e.g., shelter, food, clothes, etc.).
But as far as love or any other emotional well-being go, it'll be as distasteful as a cold pizza.
Don't make your parents say, "You're dead to me" or "I'm not against it, I'm just disappointed."
It'll hurt.

I never knew that a kid allowed to sue adult. This would never happen in the U.S. Only in Canada.

1. Idiot country that allow such things in court

2. Idiot girl.

3. As long as the parent isn't breaking the law, he/she can set any rules for the kid. (the parent in custody ofc)

Agree.

If it wasn't for child protective services I believe the only thing she should have won was the belt.

fricking hell, the dad should have just gotten over it. She won already, is it really all that neccessary to go all the way to the supreme court over such a small matter? [although I thought the dad should've won.]
