Anyone that even agreed to that are probably too retarded to read in the first place.
In that case, let's get rid of all the words that are too hard to say. Like Hexakosioihexekontahexaphobia.
If they had to learn our language, why can't we learn theirs? We already have to learn Spanish in school, why not another?

America Read ?? Are you kidding me reading is for faggots in America xP

Believe me I have i live in the south with so many stupid people it pisses me off at times, I have nothing against you or other people online but it does piss me off when people watch assume something and do not have there facts straight or only use on one source for information or do not read something as well and think they know everything about something, again nothing against you that's just my opinion .

Hahaha we shouldn't have to change our last names just because people can't pronounce them.
It's like asking someone to change the time because people can't get enough sleep.
Okay, bad analogy, but it's pretty much the same.

They should be willing to at least learn simple words from our language.
Don't foreign people learn English? it's the same thing.

But wow, asking someone to change their name just because they can't pronounce it is ridiculous.

What idiocy. People should stop being such pussies and actually learn how to pronounce Asian names rather then trying to tell them to have an "Americanized name" in lieu of the name that was bestow upon them at birth by their parents. I swear idiots seem to breed at a faster rate these days.

Oh well.

Why am I not surprised this motion was brought forward by a white, right-wing, middle class texan?

It seems this particular sect of society in the US continues to attempt to manipulate the world to its liking. Good luck with that, I say.

My answer is no. Im an american and they shouldn't have to change nothing. I wouldn't change my name if I went over to another country. Your name is part of who you, where you come from, your culture and all of that in a bag of chips. The thing I find really annoying in my country for example is when people go over to another country and they expect people speak english when they are there. WTF you are in their country dumbass, why should they speak a foreign language just for you. So stupid. Its just like the name changing and I wouldn't change my name what so ever.

Uhm...I don't care about peanuts like that. I don't think that people should get different, easier names solely for the purpose to make lives of some Americans easier. At least it will make their brain work a little. Lazy twats. I'm sorry to say, but most Americans I've met are complete fucktards when it comes to spelling and grammar...I guess it's maybe too much asked from them? Awww.

Just don't be upset when I'm having a problem with pronouncing your names : ( [no sarcasm]

I don't think Asians should have to change their names, that is encroaching on freedom. And it's not just Asian names, I have a French last name that 0.01% of people actually pronounce correctly. I believe in tolerance, I don't get mad when people can't pronounce my last name (and sometimes mutilate it) because I understand that they don't know French and it is not a common last name. At the same time I think Asians should understand that most Americans don't know the language that their first name is in and expect it to be mispronounced sometimes. It's just how life works sometimes :/
