Speeding up doesn't help. You should slow down even more, forcing them to have to go around you. Works everytime for me.

Yeah.. speeding up is fail, you're just confiding in their pressure. You just need to speed up a LITTLE, if they follow break really quick. It'll get them off your ass every time. If they rear end you, no matter the situation, it's always their fault, they should NEVER be following anyone that close. If they're that close, and actually hit you, don't stop quick enough, then your going to be in for a ride. Sue their ass for everything they have and claim that you were injured, it'll show those fuckers not to drive like dicks.

i have to admit one guy didn't let my sister pass him, when road was about to merge(we were ahead of him), he accelerated to not let us in, then he let room, he then pressed the gas again when we were about to enter, at end i told my sister, screw trying to enter, just pass the car in front of him. so we had last laugh,lol.

just force them to pass you, don't accelerate, cause technically it's like telling him, "follow me". if he tailgates you no matter what, then yeah, screw it and let that bastard hit you, then sue them.

haha, i have a bad strategy, but it just what i do, if they are tailgaiting me, i tap the brakes then speed up again, if they keep pissing me off by speeding back up with me, i floor it, if they are still there, i pull over, then tailgate their ass and show them how it feels and rev at them, really pisses them off, its great.
then i just speed off past them hoping they understand my intentions now.
if that doesnt work for me, i just tap the brake and if they hit me, its their fault for rear ending me, and i can sue them for all that they have.
btw, i do not recommend you do this haha, just dont, but if you really want to tho, go ahead.

When tailgated, I like to slow down. Especially during rush hours on the highway. Or what I love to do is, line up next to another slow car and stay with them until they turn. Nothing pisses off tailgaters more, than not being able to go around other cars.

No, Just SLAM on your breaks if you have the best insurance, then say there was something on the road. ( if they crash into you just say you where tailgating me, if you wasn't you wouldnt have hit me. hahaha but thats if you dont care.

if not just go into another lane or just keep cruising it because if he hits you, that person is at fault. but atleast go speed limit. lol

Tap the breaks enough for your taillight to turn on, but not enough to actually slow you down. If they are still right behind you, chances are you're the one that really is going too slow. Speed up a bit, and if they still insist on being jackasses, well then, switch lanes and let them pass. It's not worth fucking up your car just to show someone a lesson.

if i can, i just change lanes.if it's a one lane road, then i just continue driving at the same speed.
