I wouldnt want to risk getting my car damaged and getting a salvage title even if the insurance does pay for it (not to mention insurance rates will go up) I'd rather tap the brakes lightly to have my lights turn on and if tat doesn't work just switch lanes

I agree. This is what I usually do. It works almost every time. If they just want to play around and keep on, then it's a different story.

hehe I used to do the same thing. especially when I'm on the carpool lane and in the freeway. But I can't do that anymore cause i totaled my damn corolla.. i miss my baby snifff....

you don't need to break at all just turn on your lights the tail running lights will go on making it look like your breaking.

usually gets an extra twenty thirty feet between you because you didn't lose any speed while they did. and its really simple to turn them on and then off again without risking the dummy smashing into you.

just remember what your doing on the road though because if someone is driving faster than you and your in the fast lane it is you who should change lane to allow people to pass if they are tailgating you in a single lane then too bad for them they get to wait for broken lines to pass you.

brake check the shit out of em, just slow down and put ur brakes on every like 5 feet and then they will get pissed and go around you

Move into a dif lane, or turn. I rather do that than get hit.

I usually just drive normally. and if its a 2 car lane and theres a car next to me, i would usually pace with that car. thus having the tailgater with nowhere to over take either me or the other driver. funny stuff.

Yah same idea. Then instead of same pace; you speed up and slow down speed up and slow down, but never letting the guy pass you.

LOL I went out for lunch once, and some guys from my school were tailgating me on the way back to school, so I drove so slow that we caught all the red lights. When he tried to pass me, Id just switch over to that lane. I was driving 20km/hr in a 60km/hr zone xD

I just drive at my own pace whether someone's on my tail or not. If they want get ahead of me, I just let them. It's not like I'm in some kind of race or anything.

But there was one time some a$s#o!e kept blowing his horn behind me. I wasn't going fast at all because of the rain and it should have been easy for him to overtake me.
Since he was doing a good job being a pain in the ass and I know the area well enough to avoid the open man-holes and gutters, I pressed on the gas and tried using the wet road to do a few drifts.
He trying to keep up with me that he didn't notice the speed-bump. The next thing I saw on my rear-view mirror was an old pick-up truck, maybe 4 or 5 feet above the ground looking tilted when it landed after bouncing 2 or 3 times.
I'm just guessing that it's suspension broke from the impact.

go onto the next lane, down shift and floor it, then put on my hazards for gg victory.
