Lesse, I've watched and read a lot of manga and anime. I think the most disgusting/filthy thing I saw was people who two timed in relationships. Sure I've watched bodies be ripped to shreds, and aliens eat humans, and humans killing humans. But I think nothing is more disgusting than a person saying that they love a person only to cheat behind their back. Yaoi, Yuri, ect, is perfectly fine so long as they respect the other's feelings.

And of course Lolicons, shotacons are disgusting. Children are not sexual objects, they are children and should not be taken advantage of. Rape is another thing that is disgusting, but luckily most rape scenes in mangas tend to have a guy save the girl and beat the garbage out of the other guy. Though there are some exceptions, but we won't go into that.
