Due to complaints from advertisers and our content providers, we will be enforcing this much more aggressively in the future. Hopefully, this should not come as a surprise to anybody, but to give people enough transition time, there will be a grace period until Friday, May 1st. Note that only groups with material which violates the Crunchyroll TOS (for example, nudity and defamation) will be removed without notice.

This affects any groups on the site which have inappropriate material, such as nudity or derogatory comments.

If you're referring to "Visual Novels", or "Visual Novel", both those groups are perfectly okay. We're referring to groups users might consider obscene. Not saying that I found any in your groups, but Ecchi should generally be okay as well, as long as the intention of the group is not to collect pornography.

I was wondering why those hentai groups were allowed when CR claims to be pg-13. Part of the reason I don't allow my brother to enter this site xD

The rule about pornography etcetara was already present for more than 2 years already. I wonder why is the total enforcement now?

Mind you the policy has always been in effect but the level of enforcement has never been an issue until CR started partnering with content providers and advertisers. For the sake of current and future negotiations and the ideal of being a family oriented site (PG-13), it's just better this way.
