Do what I do, eat 2 snacks and 1 meal a day(drinks not included) on week days, 3 meals on the weekends.(jk)

Just eat your veggies everyday, eat fish or chicken, NOT red meat -or however you say it in english- like pork, beef, etc. Drink a LOT of water , DONT drink alcohol, soda or anything to drink which contains sugar. NO junk food or sweets.

1. if you dont wanna drink water -which i dont like very much- i recommend you this fruit, and it's less expensive than the water in bottle :D
