You know what you can say the priesedent repsitents the country as much as you want but that is not the case. If you are a gamer and play with foregin people and born and raised in the usa you know what i am talking about. Plus i dont really see this as his job. I see as it to do what is right for the country and the people. If he is doing that he could be banging someone while giveing a speach for all i care. I mean really that is all his job is to do the best at that. People like you that think that way are what are screwed up about this country. Waste all that money on apprence when you look at that it means nothing if you spend all your time dealing with that so you cant do your job. I mean the people that were the smartest and did great things for the country and its people were avarage joe. To put them under the same spot light people would bad mouth them all the time because of such things. Then nothing great would of ever been done.

People like me? What do you mean people like me? To take in every possibility in consideration and only one perspective,if not a couple, were pointed out. I mingle with a variety of ethnicities, both that are and are not citizens of this country, as well as playing games(thought I do not know how you can tell, but yea). So how can you say I do not understand? I may not understand fully, but I am open to any opinion and points of view.

As for spending money on things just to look good. What you speak of seems too idealistic like a utopia. Having it spent efficiently, than they way its being spent right now would be best, but do you even know the system to go through to make it happen? If so have you tried the programs or organizations and supported them? Next thing is average people....What do you mean by average? your classification may be different from others.

Another thing....Nothing great would be done? Something great is portrayed in the eye of the beholder. And those presidents who are not percieved as great, you cannot say they did not do anything for this country itself. I do not see how you need something "great to be done." One way to see things is that something that should have been done, but never implimented till that time. In anycase, I never said I thought that way. I just pointed out another perspective that was not brought up.

You can argue this case, and I will respond. Please do not make assumptions that I think this way. I will neither tell you if you are right or wrong, nor if I am offended or not. If I ever say anything it is so that others, who don't know, can see it differently and have that knowledge. You never know when somone comes up with a perspective that you have never thought of.

Hmmmmm.....Yeah..that is good. Even I am still learning everytime I read these posts and other media. Almost, like the difference between what should be law and morals because there isnt a grey line to tell the difference and this line is crossed a lot. I'm not going to touch this topic any more than this because it is not related.

everyone's always making fun of him. well, he is supposed to be the most powerfull man on the world, so people expect him to be perfect and don't make mistakes.
the media's just waiting to see what he'll do wrong next. they see him as a moron.
i guess he isn't half that bad, tough the one where he said "february 30th made me laugh". everyone makes mistakes after all.

Yeah they do target him a lot, but remember he does represent the U.S. and its people. He is the figure of us and his actions against other countries tell them, that we the people agree with the actions he is taking. This gives the U.S. such a bad repuation as well as the president himself. So it is a heavy burden and I am sure he knew that to begin with.

The problems are going to be harsh and the next president is going to really feel the wrath. It will take time to recover and lets hope people understand it takes longer to clean up a mess than to make it. As far as mistakes, yes he is just a normal person doin what he thinks is best, even though we might not agree with it. Everyone has different views as to what is best Though his intentions are good, it is not the best method. And I dont know about the most powerful man in the world thing.

*edit* Even my parents are not computer lit. They have a hard time learning computers. I am constantly helping them and its hella annoying. So in some ways the internet is something, I guess, these older people are not accustom to? So "The Internet" and "The Google"... i dunno. I think its sad that they aren't too exposed to new technology. There are still people out there who do not even own a computer and also go to college and whatnot.

Also, are we not to be blamed as well. Those who did and didn't vote made the decision and the outcome was to put this man into office. Plus even if we didn't want things to happen....Do you think there was enough support to send protests to the whitehouse to put pressure and to change the decision the president made on those issues? There is a problem on both sides and it isnt just one. This problem isnt big enough to cause such a change.

It was inevitable that the US will go into this Iraq war whenever the US public picked Bush or Kerry.Though I wonder about their true agenda since this war began. I particular blame our younger voters for not voting (for any reason) but also ignorant citizens who constantly whine about the government than doing something about it! I agree with you both that people make mistakes (we're humans after all) but I strongly blame our American culture that repeatedly exploit these mistakes as entertainment for others. It is one president against thousands of people, who is easier to blame and mock at?

Actually, hybridangel2501 it might be good that old people aren't computer literary. Our generation is accustom to computers, cell phones, forums, im, ect. since we were in elemantary school so it is like second nature to us . I see it as a equivalent exchange because our generation doesn't know our past well (other than what we learn in our history classes though it may be abridged) and older people like parents or our grandparents don't know our futureish technology such as the Internet. We can learn from each other by helping each other out whenever it's listening to their experciances or figuring out what a HTLM to our grandparents. But that's what I think.
