well most religions try to make it seem like humans aren't animals, but think about it logically for a second, you need oxygen just like all other animals, you bleed if cut just like all other animals, you are made of cells just like all other animals, you have a brain just like all other animals, you need to eat food and drink water just like all other animals, so all the countless similarities mean nothing ? biologically all human beings are animals. In the end it's your choice to accept it or not, but biologically all human beings are animals. but it's not like it's a big deal anyway, all an animal is is a living thing really, no big deal if your animal or not.

No, diving of of the way of a car is instinct, its a survival instinct, fear is also a survival instinct, all animals have and use instinct, its a subconsious thing. Defenition of Instinct : An inborn pattern of behavior that is characteristic of a species and is often a response to specific environmental stimuli : Diving out of the way of a car.
And yeap, humans have invented lots of things, and that's due to evolution, when our jaw muscles loosened thus our cranium was allowed to expand, thus allowing our brain to evolve and expand further over a long period of time, thus giving us a higher intelligence and more advanced language abilities than any other animal. We didn't get our intelligence overnight, took millions of years. But that's all we have over other animals, were still failures in the other categories. And we learn just like most other animals learn through, observation, trial and error, and so on. We are animals, we've been animals for the last 2.2 million years, even though we were human, we are still animals.
