None of the pictures are exactly great because i'm lazy, but read the mangas.
1.Gon (just so much detail and realism)
2. Watashitachi no Shiawase na Jikan (because it's clean, unique, and the character designs are beautiful)
3. Oyasumi PunPun, even though Nijigahara Holograph and Silsno have frequent moments of beauty (it's clean, simple to read, minimalistic but beautiful, often times symbolic, and Inio Asano doesn't draw only beautiful characters. He'll draw ugly people ugly, pretty people pretty, and average people average. He isn't trying to make you believe in a bullshit shojo magic world, where everyone (even a guy) is beautiful, fancy, and cute. His lighting is also good, you know, maybe this should be #2. *shrugs*)
4. Gantz (the character designs are nice and the backgrounds are pretty gritty and realistic, but I think the best thing is the CGI that is in the art. It works very well and makes Gantz look like a shiny expensive car, even though it's a manga)
5. I"S, Zetman, Video Girl Ai, or anything else by that author (I think the biggest factor for me is that the characters look very close to real people. THE ASIAN GIRLS LOOK ASIAN!! Everything is right, the eyes, the width of nose, the eyelids, everything. Plus the art is easy to read and the backgrounds are nice)
