Everyone is fooling themselves if they haven't realized that Akira is one of the best, if not the best mangas ever drawn.

I love the art in BIOMEGA. It's very dark/rough and fits perfectly with the mood of the story.

nah. its most of your vote is not that well drawn anime.

for me..to say that the manga or even anime is well drawn.. is that it should be unique.. its has its own unique identity.
and it has life.

maybe i will give a top 5 well drawn manga for my own opinion.

1. DragonBall (it has really distinctive style and way)
2. OnePiece,FairyTail (same spot because they almost have the same style)
3. Naruto
4. Gundam (love the details. the way its drawn)
5. Tenjou Tenge (the way he draws the body)

most of the anime is too childish i mean.. its close to be cartoon. lol.

i love a manga which has a more planned and detailed artwork.

1. Berserk
2. Blade of the Immortal
3. Bleach/Hitman Reborn
4. Bleach/Hitman Reborn
5. Bakuman

I had a really hard time deciding between Bleach and Hitman Reborn, since both at their best are phenomenal. So I'll just say that I think they're both equally good, and both take up the 3rd and 4th spot on my list.

Berserk has phenomenal art:

So does Vagabond:

And I can't forget about One Piece:

Not sure why anyone like's Bleach's art style, it looks like your generic bishi artstyle to me.
Plus Kubo doesn't seem to know what backgrounds are.

Berserk is #1 without any doubts. It's got almost an impossible amount of detail without cluttering the panels too much or making it difficult to read or follow the movements.

As for anything else it'd take time to debate which ones fall into which places and such, and I don't really feel like searching through the one's I've read for what has the best artwork.

But some other notable mentions I can think of off the top of my head are Claymore for the same reasons as Berserk although to a lesser degree, and One Piece, after the manga gets into swing there's lots of interesting things in each panel and you don't get confused as to what you're looking at. The art is more cartoonish, but it works perfectly.

Monster and other series by Naoki Urasawa also have some pretty damn good artwork.

Edit: Rosario + Vampire II also has some pretty fantastic art, especially compared to the first few volumes of the first series.

2nd Edit: Can't believe I forgot about Vinland Saga and Shin Angyo Onshi, another couple that are similar in quality to Berserk (though still, nothing comes close to that detail)

So I guess I'd put #1 as Berserk and #2-5 in no specific order would be Claymore, Vinland Saga, Shin Angyo Onshi, and One Piece.
