No more jokin people! SERIOUSLY we can do sponge cake......I can at least try anyways. Lambakins......I mean Lamingtons heehee .....I like this! YUMMY RECIPE!

well sorry i may not be able to follow the rules properly but here goes my recipe of


Chiken Karahi




Disclaimer:This is not the picture of my cooking (sory i broke the rule ) and the one u prepare mite turn out different

well there are many variants of Chicken Karahi i'll start with the easiest One and its my own variant

Ingredients

1. 4-5 Freeze Tomatoes (u don't need to slice them just put them as they are)
2. 1 Garlic (don ot peel it we will use it as it is)
3. 1 Kg Chicken
4. Garam Masala powder(Indo-pak special nine spices i think you can find it in stores)
5. Ground red Chillies
6. Salt (ofcourse)
7. Black pepper
8. Yogurt
9. 2 onion (well u have to slice them and peel them)
10. Vegetable Oil
11. Coriander powder
12. Ginger (5 inch piece)
How to cook

Take a pan add two cups of water or 400 ml of water put the sliced and peeled onion,tomatoes (do not peel or slice or chop them) a garlic (same as tomatoes) salt to taste and red chili powder to taste and put chicken into it
Now put this pan on stove and let the ingredients boil and boil and boil till u see that tomatoes has softened and u can take out their skin take and take the garlic out and throw it away (wow i hate wasting food so i ate it the taste is awful let me warn u but it will save u from the burden on your soul that u wasted food any way lets proceed )

Now u took out garlic its time to add oil , i added 1 cup of oil u can vary it to 1/2 cup but i would still recommend 1 cup. and then cook this whole curry for about 10 minutes on full flame (the same amount of flame we use for Chinese food) . Now add ginger ( Juline cut a 5 inch piece) a cup of yogurt and black pepper ( 1 teaspoon spoon) and Garam Masala (1 teaspoon) and Coriander powder (1 teaspoon) now cook it for 5 minutes with full flame

There u go u have cooked Chicken Karahi

Serve it with Chapati

well if u try it out and it does not turn out tasty then dont curse me its your own fault hahahaha...well u can ask me questions if u have any

Hey yall....Who else did we lose out of Mixer? I know you think Im crazy and all but this post is not DS75. For one check the status message blank on DS75 nuked account...yet reads "Its time to raise the heads,long ways show know regrets" on the Mystery Poster. This is a "blanket" update so if it reads it on one post all of the posts are changed not just one. Prove me wrong PLEASE! Also I know exactly what recipe I want to do when its my turn and it has nothing to do with chicken! Jalapenos! Its not even Mexican and thats what I cook best is Mexican. I have two other reasons that this was not DS75 but I dont know what it would change now anyways. I just wanted to know who else nuked? I would like to make sure I didnt frustrate them to death! lol

Hmmmm well since she is out of pocket maybe you should do one for us Bled. Im scared!! lol *biting lip* I would love to try But you havent done one yet have you? This is challenging! OOooo I need to fave this thread again so I can keep up with you all.
