Gamers, like anything else, come in wide variety. You have your n00bs, your old skoolz, next gen, WoWers, RPGers, etc.

What about the importers? The hard core gamers? I know you're out there, and whatever reason behind your importing, why not share your knowledge with others in where you shop for your imports? The interwebnets are a large and scary place for those less experienced, and it would be rather bad to pay way too much or get ripped off to begin with when wanting to buy an import.

List the website(s) you normally shop from when purchasing an imported game, perhaps with even a few pros and cons to go with it.

I've bought from yesasia.com, the only thing about them I didn't like, though while sometimes reasonable, the time it takes to actually receive your merchandise can be excrutiatingly long. Like, a month.

I mostly use http://www.paletweb.com and http://www.himeyashop.com/index.php, primarily for doujin games. There's a new doijin localizing company called http://www.rockinandroid.com, too. Since they have some really nice doujin games, I think that's even better than importing...it's a legal product and with an English translation.

play-asia.com is good, also tells you if they're region free or not.

If you live outside the US, it's normal for things to take 2-4 weeks snail mail, I just hate the ones where you have to pay like 50 bucks for mail order, makes me want to punch a seal.
