Okay so I got Fafner because the art, etc is done by alot of the same ppl who did Gundam Seed, therefore it appealed to me, it's an interesting so far that just throws you in the middle of a dilema and leaves you just as confused as the main character, right? Well, I've only seen a few episodes, like the first three, and on the fafner page it doesn't go into detail, I even looked it up on Wikipedia to try and find answers, to no avail.

SO I thought the forums would be a good place to start. Answer me this: the two main male characters... are they together? Granted they may not be, and I don't care either way, but I'm confused at this point, because they're sending off some serious signals for such a mainstream anime. I thought it would be good for explaining, discussing the anime, rather than the generic "World's end, teenage mecha pilot saves the planet" summary on the main page, or the forums therein bcuz no one reads them.

These are the characters I'm talking about:

Is this a personal thread, or an personal thread?

Anyway,

I didn't finish this anime, because it didn't appeal me.

Also, I didn't knew that the ''creators'' from Gundam Seed made this anime.

The charater designers and some of the other people worked on both of them actually, read it on wikipedia, and no this is not a personal thread. It's a fafner thread, but since the official section is dead, I figured it would get better exposure here

WTF i just found it wierd that the day i watch the last dvd of it. a thread about it was made anyway quiet convenient.

THE TWO MAIN CHARACTERS ARE ENTIRELY STRIGHT

my view on it.

btw GUNDAM SEED IS AWESOME anyway

At the start I found it quite boring and i didn't even like the character designs that much (even tho it's the same designers as gundam seed. these characters had a different feel about them (even tho one looked like mere, another one like shinn and another like rey))

But by the end IT IS SO WORTH WATCHING THIS SHOW.
I got to really like the character designs so much more.
The characters get so much better in every aspect.
and you'll learn to like them so much more.
Seriously whatever u do. hold out till the end. i know the first half of the series in particular is quite boring. but if u watch the whole thing. you'll know that u would have been missing out on so much if you had not watched it all.

Please this anime needs more popularity!!!

See I didn't think it was boring though, I mean, I was totally intruiged from episode one. That surprises me that people though the first half of it was boring and slow paced. Though I do agree there are a lot of anime out there not getting proper recognition and acknowledgement, you know? Fafner being one of them. Another of the grid one I thought anyway was Magic Users Club, because I laughed all the way through that series. So funny. The gay guy just makes the show, really he does, he's hilarious while being dead serious.
