stoopid = doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result
smart = learning from your mistakes.

I would consider a person without knowledge and unable to learn stupid. I would consider someone who will learn to be smart. But it is hard to truly label someone as stupid or smart. Almost everyone has the ability to become smart.

I define smart as someone who is quite intelligent and knowledgeable.

As for people are stupid as a know it, people who are usually wrong and very ignorant of things and have no knowledge in the things they they trying to prove are correct.

I'll give examples...easier to do:

Smart: Uses his/her good common sense and is academically...uh...okay

Stupid: So you're Korean AND Chinese...wait...does that make you Japanese?!?!?
