Of course Tsukuyo. I'm so glad I get to see her again working with Gintoki in the manga arc against her former master. She is probably the most compatible of the other girls because Gintoki doesnt consider her as violent as Otae or doesnt avoid her as Sa-chan.

yeah, I couldn't decide between Tsukuyo and Kagura...cuz there's so little we know about Tsukuyo being compatible with Gintoki...I mean, she's been on the show for such a short time and always for tough fighting matters; whereas Kagura has gone succesfully through a lot of trouble with him...besides...they live under the same roof, they HAVE to be compatible.
Too bad I couldn't vote for both of them :)
...now that you mention it...I'd vote for Tama too, we've seen they get well together...:)

After finally getting to Night King arc. I really like Tsukuyo as well. I also kinda found Gin's interaction with Kyubei during that group date episode kinda funny. It was great just watching him panic about he might be the one who had to flirt with her.

Tsukuyo and Otae are both pretty good choices but I think that Otae is the most practical choice, even if Gin has has hands on experience with Tsukuyo I feel this way mostly because of how long they've known each other and because of how intimate she is with the yorozuya. |

Yes, Tsukuyo was the girl in ep. 177. She is definitely the most compatible with Gintoki, they're practically made for each other should they choose to pursue it. Kagura might be the main heroine of the story, but she's not the heroine opposite of Gintoki. Her character is not designed to be the counterpart of Gintoki's character, that part goes to Tsukuyo.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Gintoki and Tsukuyo share a lot of similarities. They both had tragic pasts, and they share the pain of loosing their teachers who took care of them. They know the pain and suffering that the other has felt, which means they're likely to understand each other the most.
Sorachi has paired Gintoki with almost every female in the story, and all of them had their moment with Gintoki. But except for Tsukuyo, none of them had a relevant underlying story that connects the girl and Gintoki. While Gintoki and Tsukuyo is connected by their sidestories and the main plot itself.
Gintoki is the Savior of Yoshiwara. Tsukuyo is the guardian of Yoshiwara.

lol? Kagura also has a tragic past, so that doesn't mean anything. Why has Kagura been through out the hole serie right besides Gin, because they are a good team together, yeah she's the herione but he is also the main character, small scenes of them beating someone up and they'll most likely fight Kagura's brother together. |
