I say Tsukuyo since he gets along with her the best. I don't see Kagura with Gintoki at all. Sure she's been through all the crazy stuff with him, but think of the age difference. Kagura is around 14 while Gin is in his early 20's, around 23. Kagura seems better suited with Shinpachi, they had more closer moments together. That put aside, Gin's and Tsukuyo's personalities mesh with each other. That's what I think. Otae is waaay to aggressive and Sarutobi is obsessive. Kyuubei is a good choice, but she's in love with Otae. So Tsukuyo is the choice

I just love GinKagu with an overwhelming passion! 
I think it's really cute now, and in the future they could develop into a real couple.
If Tsukuyo hadn't been invented, I wouldn't be so bitter towards the romantic side of Gintama. I'd be a bit more laid back. But I feel like I have to fight for my pairing's corner since all you guys do is pair Tsukuyo and Gintoki together. After all Sorachi does hint towards the most popular pairings. Why else is there GinHiji? So if you want to see it, you got to show it? |

For Gin-chan I'd lean towards Kagura lol! It's my favorite crack pairing. I don't know why I love it but I think it's cause it slightly parallels my other favorite shipping, Kakashi x Sakura LoL!
But my favorite (most likely canon couple) in GIntama would be Okita x Kagura all the way lol!
As for Gintoki, his canon so far seems to be Tsukuyo (I thought their relationship in the arc was adorable and I would definitely root for this pairing since there is no way GinKagu would happen :'( lol)
But as some people mentioned I think Gintama is better because it hints at certain relationships rather than actually delving into the romance cause then it probably would ruin the series cause it would no longer be the same Gintama!
**I will sit in my corner and chant GinKagu and OkiKagu lol**

Sacchan!! I think if he is with Tsukuyo, it'll end up like typical shoujo anime. Sacchan is the most compatible one, since Gintoki's responses to her love are extra-ordinary.
I even cried when watching Glasses arc. It should be funny btw. |
