Shift to Tarai Current.
Luffy, Jinbei, and Buggy see the Gate of Justice. Buggy seems to think he's going to rule the world. Everyone is shouting.

Sengoku speaking to the masses. Telling them to quiet down. Cameos from Smoker and Momonga.
Sengoku announces that he'll name Ace's father. Ace claims that it's Whitebeard and actually argues with Sengoku about it.

There were rumors of Ace's birth, Sengoku searched and was unable to find him.
Ace was born on the south blue island of Baterira to a woman named Portgas D Rouge.

Sengoku talking:
Looks like Rouge managed to stay pregnant for 20+ months to save Ace's life, and it cost her her own.
Ace was born 1 year 3 months after his father's death. (I think)
Your father is the pirate king Gold Roger

The entire place is shocked.

Garp has a flashback of Roger speeking to him "It's not a sin for a child to be born! Garp! Save my child!"
