ok first its to all people not just payers and me my self I dont agree with what you said "i think it would be more fair if it was only to anime members mainly because some of us cant pay the fees and the way you said it sound like only people with money should get good things but I dont think ya meant it that way which is good because that would be shallow even tho it would be nice to have like a regular item give away for members but as for the signed stuf let every one have a chance not just those that can afford it
