How about a monster hunter? His appearance looks like a vampire hunter with all the gear. He travels around the world searching for like say the Devil to avenge his family and hometown while encountering many people as well as defeating monsters from different countries (kinda like Supernatural). His attitude is like Sanzo yet more quiet and tame. He also has monster accomplices like a werewolf who acts like Goku. That's my idea.

i think he should meet a girl(make-up a name for her later).i think they should meet when she rescues the mouse from drowning then she started drowning and Zell rescued her.I think he should be shy around her but still protects her.
(unless sumone already said sumthing about a girl cuz theres like 30 pages and i didnt read them all.)

monster hunter isn't such a bad idea. but lets get that vampire idea out of the storyline... and make magic take its place..
and while we're at it... lets make the story take place in the medieval setting... well this idea is kind of over used but please bear with me... i'm kind of motivated at the moment....lol...AHEM!!! anyways...this medieval setting is due to the the restart of mankinds lifestyle.... lets say(again) that the ancient civilization that has advanced technology made a bad mistake and such causing the world to nearly got destroyed and for thousands of years the survivors of that calamity (animals/ creatures and humans) gained the second chance of evolution due to the fact that because of the weather, climate, everything changed they possed new powes and ablilities and because of this began of the new age of magic and ----------- ( i dont know??) as time progresses on the surviving humans grew to be much more powerful from strength, endurance, etc...due to the process of evolution and now they have unlocked the secrets of magic and such...
while the animals grew and grew and now they are at the peak of their evolution...deformed monsters, dragons, griffins, beasts and the like now roam the new world....
