I want to hear what this American accent sounds like to a foreigner. I've lived in America all my life so technically, I don't know how it sounds like.

Me, well I’m south African and i can say since i live here and have a best friend that is English, that the English do not speak like the Queen, why a friend of mine who lives in the US seemed to think so i have no idea....so what do Americans really think of the English? And if your English what do you think of Americans?

Your pic looks a little too white to be African.

I'm from the US
i love the British accent,
it's sexy and classy

at home, I don't like the southern american accent or the ghetto accent.
I like the way people from NYC talk tho

there isn't one british accent. in britain there is north and south of ireland( with very different accents) then there's scottland and wales and england. and there are many different accents in england same as in america.

personally i don't mind the american accent.. but i do get annoyed when they speak with a rising inflection at the end of every sentence making them sound like they are constantly asking a question. grrr it irritates me. no offence to americans.

What about "Scouser" and "Cogney"?!

uhm no.

There's different sounding dialects in the UK.

only people that think with stereotypes or children think that...
