Hi, Sorry if this has already been posted. I scanned and didn't see anything about this.

For over a week now, I have been trying to watch the Naruto Shippuden series, and I am constantly getting a "Connection Closed" error in the upper left hand corner. I am in the middle of watching and all of a sudden it just stops, or I'm accessing the episode for the first time and it won't even load producing that same error.

Another problem I had is I got a "Not available in your region"error while watching the original Naruto series. I am in the US and also could not finish the original series because of this. I am a paying member so this is really pissing me off.

Second, the problem you are encountering happens due an issue with the service provider. I don't what issue it is, but you can PM chris

Edit: Concerning about video availability, there is a rumor about Shinji convincing publishers to allow Anime Member / Premium member to be able to watch region blocked video. The publishers still have no reply for that.
