When focusing on a manga, I keep the world, my problems and everything negative outside my thoughts and pay only attention to what I read...
The feelings I get while reading manga are much more intensive then my everyday emotions - rather said I tend to only show strong emotions when being unhappy...

So I guess the lack of positive emotions in my reality is what makes me feel much happy/excited/calm when reading manga...
