1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?
I have a variety of skills to offer as a Library Moderator. Most importantly, I have developed strong proofreading skills. I have worked as a tutor in the past. I am also very educated. I am currently in college as a Elementary Education Major. I am very hardworking. I enjoy challenges and this would be a exciting and awesome challenge for me. I love reading and I would be able to have time to analyze submissions here at Crunchyroll.
2) What character traits best define who you are?
I am cheerful and approachable. Everyone comes to me when they have problems. I am a very good problem solver. I am also very friendly. I do not scare away anyone in other words. I am also hardworking. I always get everything done. I have made the dean's list every semester while managing a tutoring job, friends, family, and various other obligations.

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?
I am very familiar with how wiki works, but I have never contributed to one. I would really love to contribute to the workings of this one though. I love Crunchyroll and it is always the source for anime for me!

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
No I have not, but I am willing to now that I have realized that you can do that. =]

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
I have plenty of free time to devote to moderating. I have several hours after school on weekdays, and plenty of unlimited time on weekends.
6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
Well I do not have much so far. I have school and work. Other than that I have a lot of free time to do whatever such as watch anime, play games, hang out, etc.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
Thank you for your time and consideration. =] Good luck on finding a new mod!

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?

Well for one thing; I do feel like I have a pretty good guage when it comes to the structure of the english language. It's my native tounge, so of course of I'm fluent in it, and because of this I know all the basics when it comes to grammar, spelling and punctuation.

I feel that my vast range of vocabulary is one of my more finer points but I'm also fairly confident when it comes to my skills in comprehension. These skills, I understand, would be useful when it comes to editing and proof reading other people's submissions.

2) What character traits best define who you are?

Well I'm quite a quiet person and I don't normally like attracting attention to myself; but when I'm given a job I always stick to it.

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?

Sorry; I've never been involved with these sorts of things.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?

I wrote a couple of submisions in the Gintama library on the character; Gintoki.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?

Well that depends, I guess I could probably do around ,maybe 18 hours a week?

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?

Only school work and club activities.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:

There's nothing much else I have to say... I just really hope I suceeded in impressing you with this aplication :] I'm sorry if I came off as a bit arrogant.

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?
- I'm a hardcore Grammar Nazi. Ask my Livejournal friends - I don't shut up about people's grammar. Make a mistake and feel my wrath. English is my best subject, and I just adore doing stuff like this.
- I have a lot of free time and nothing to do. I'm on break.
- I run a translation community on Livejournal (chuushite, if you're interested) so I have some experience in the field of what's acceptable and what's not (being a Grammar Nazi) for what gets submitted. Keeping in mind, it's set by my own standards. (Also keeping in mind that I'm a picky bitch.)
- I like to keep things very organized. If you're familiar with MBTI, I happen to be an ISTJ.

2) What character traits best define who you are?
- Honest, precocious, outspoken, curious, good hearted, organized.

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?
- Yes. I was on the (dot) hack wiki. I was Shinobee. Keep in mind that my page on there is fairly old and I'm not such an arrogant asshole anymore. Yes, I wrote the entire page myself..."Super-cutest"? Yeah. Sure.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
- No, but I'm interested in it.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
- A LOT. I seriously have no life, and I spend most of my time being bored on the internet. Even when I go on vacation, I have a laptop to drag around.

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
- I occasionally hang out with "friends". Other than that, nothing. And even if I do have something, I end up going on the computer afterwards. (I'm...not proud of this, by the way. Just being honest. This is embarrassing.)

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
- I hope you pick me. ;D

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?

- I'm a bit of a grammar Nazi and I'm very proficient in diplomacy, prioritizing others interests before mine. I take a pragmatic approach in solving critical issues.
- I know CR would benefit from my charismatic and goal-directed mentality.
- I am willing to go through any trials to prove to you, the users, that I am a reliable candidate for moderating.
- I'm burning with ambition and I am confident that I'm a competent candidate for moderating.

2) What character traits best define who you are?

- Honest
- Congenial
- Mature
- Diligent
- Poised
- Assertive
- Ambitious
- Responsible

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?

- Yes, I am. However, I've never contributed to one. Even though I've never contributed to one, I know that doesn't make me less worthy of a candidate. If given the opportunity, I'll prove through methodical yet, efficient labor that I am a great asset to CR.
- I recently joined http://wordpress.org/ to contribute my insights and share my evaluations for animes. [I wasn't sure if this would help but I added it anyways.] As you can see, this subject has already piqued my interest.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?

- In the past, yes. I have changed some of the sections in the Naruto Shippuden Library. However, when Tv Tokyo joined up with CR, those changes were removed.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?

Oh wow, a lot! ~ Due to my flexible schedule, I am usually on CR from 9:30am - 11:00pm. I never sign out unless I'm changing passwords. To make it simple, I can be online at anytime.

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?

- I'm a moderator for the Naruto Library and the Naruto Shippuden Library. Other than those, nothing else. I usually find myself bored all day =/.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:

- I've been active on CR since Oct`07.
- I have a great understanding of the rules, along with how moderating works.
- I help moderate two articles and I have the knowledge to continue to help contribute in any of the libraries.
- I am an intellectual with an innate ability to acquire necessary skills with haste, this ability compliments my passion for learning.
- I follow strong moral principles and I conduct myself with dignity and integrity
- I have the ability to make good, unbiased judgments.

~~ Bk, thank you for your time! Good luck to everyone! (:

I am currently attending an respectable and well regarded (meaning accredited) university with a decent GPA.

Truthfully, I have never contributed, but I often frequent wiki sites.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
No.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
About 5-10 hours regularly, but it is summer break-- so, at this time it is probably more.

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
Cafe work, restaurant work, and, of course, school in the fall and spring.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
I don't sleep much, so I have a great many wasted hours that I spend sitting in my room surfing, or being occupied by the dust collecting on the cobwebs in my closet and the like.
I have no friends (okay, MAYBE two), so social engagements rarely come up- again many many hours are spent alone in my room, doing nothing, especially now, during the summer months.

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?

I have the uncanny superpower ability to spot spelling, grammatical, and marking errors in whatever work that I see.

2) What character traits best define who you are?
ANS: Helpful, friendly, responsible, considerate, hardworking, mature, honest and creative.

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?
ANS: I am familiar but I have never contributed to one.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
ANS: I wanted to, but i just did not know how. So the answer is no.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
ANS: Around 3 to 8 hours on weekdays, and 3 to 5 hours on weekends.

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
ANS: I have nothing much: homework, housework, and checking my dad's grammatical errors in his letters.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions.
ANS: I might be able to have a few hours of laptop time on weekends since it’s the school holidays and all.

Note: I've been an organizer/planner/helper of some school activities before and did you notice there are no grammatical or spelling mistakes? =D

I would probably be good for grammar/spelling type things. I wouldn't do this full time, but I think I could promise at least one or two logins a week. I am on crunchyroll often, though, just not as a moderator or poster. I watch videos here all the time.

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?
Well, "literary whiz" and "grammar Nazi" are both valid titles for me. My manner of communicating has always been particularly eloquent and detailed. When communicating in an IM chat or even on the battlefield of an MMO game, I take my time to accurately type out and convey my full message (abbreviating something like "you" into "u" is beyond my nature, though I do use "lol" due to its social role).

I visit websites like Wikipedia and Wiktionary very often, enough to label it as a hobby. Gathering info is something I'm fond of, both for things I'm curious about and of things I assume I already know, to maximize my accuracy and understanding.

While I haven't directly studied the Japanese language yet, I've enjoyed enough Japanese media for years such that I now carry a particularly large Japanese vocabulary and understanding of the culture.

2) What character traits best define who you are?
Mature in behavior and communication
Friendly in interaction with others
Respectful in considering others' perspectives
Honorable when judging choices to make

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?
As suggested already, I am well-acquainted with particularly Wikipedia, its sister projects, and Wikia. While I visit the sites primarily for gathering information, I have still made plenty of small-scale contributions, especially in countering vandalism. I learned various areas of wiki-markup for creating my user pages and for creating a template on a Wikia project. I didn't learn a significant amount of its code, but it was still fairly simple since I have experience with other coding languages.

My username there should be easy to identify, as well as any other sites of interest. "TerraGamerX" is, for the most part, my universal alias across the web. My page on Wikipedia could indeed be used to analyze more aspects of my literacy, however the page is outdated (with intent to mark it for deleting), as I found the page to be unnecessary since I wasn't a major contributor.

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
Thus far I assumed that the studios have been providing information for their own anime. I hadn't contributed anything assuming that the info would be provided soon enough. Since this particular news post suggests I was mistaken, I'll most likely add something I see missing the next time I observe such. Especially since such information usually is only just a few clicks away on another site.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
As it is I spend an average of 3 hours daily on Crunchyroll. So that's 21 hours a week as a natural occurrence. Given a responsibility around Crunchyroll I would certainly increase that time. 35 hours is easy and natural for me, but I could give even up to 45 hours of my time dedicated to Crunchyroll (but I usually don't grow bored with information-based activities, only hungry, so if more was needed, I'm sure I could help).

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
Currently I am unemployed, being the majority of my reason for having plenty of free time to spare. I expect to have school to take care of when next Fall rolls around. Otherwise between now and then it is nothing but me and my hobbies. The only time spent away from my computer is time spent with my friends (once a week or every other week). I still seek jobs though, so this status could eventually change.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
Yorokonde. I'd like to emphasize that most of my time is spent at my computer. So many things of a technical nature are second-nature to me. I've traveled to most ends of the internet and back and am familiar with many technologies and the logic behind them. It also means that I can easily be contacted when needed (being signed into AIM is synonymous with being awake for me).

If the environment has a need for it, I greatly favor focusing on organizing great teamwork. Working together efficiently achieves far greater productivity than many other circumstances yield. Teamwork is not just about organization either, for I see that morale is also important. If another member is in need of motivation to boost their productivity, or if their life is troubled and in need of deeper conversation, my words and counsel may assist them well.

I really enjoy the direction Crunchyroll has been going and have been cheering it on the whole year. I wish that CR only gets better, and thus I am willing to help as directly as possible in assisting where needed. CR has done a lot for me, so I'll gladly return the favor. I appreciate your time reading over my application. I hope you find the people you need.

1) What skills do you possess that you think would help you if you were selected to be a Library Moderator?
well i am not that much of a grammar Nazi or anything but i can find a lot of mistakes people usually don't and I am really organized with stuff like this. I am pretty good at finding stuff about anime, Japanese/Korean stuff. plus i can find time to do it no matter how busy i am =P

2) What character traits best define who you are?
I am dependable, can work well with others, and hardworking

3) Are you familiar with wiki sites and have you ever contributed to one? If so, which one(s) and what was your username there?
Yes, I am familiar with them, I have contributed to them but I don't really remember which ones and I forgot my username sorry

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
Yes I have but it took forever to get approved ~_~

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
It is almost summer and I don't really have much to do (except for promotion and band stuff) soo I can pretty much go on for at least a few hours if i am busy or more if i am not which is not anytime soon ;D

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
Well, not much since school is almost over, but I am working to try out for sports and work with my counselor for high school over the summer but i think only for a few days.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
I am a quick learner so if there is something I don't understand I will start learning it. I know I haven't uploaded much or haven't been very active in the last few months because of school and stuff but this is something I can really do and do well on because of summer vacation so I hope you choose me but if you don't i understand because there are so many other people who are way more qualified than I am.

Thank you for spending your time to read my application!

4) Have you submitted changes or additions to our Library before?
Yes I have added characters to series, fixed the roles of some characters, and also I believe I have given titles in which actors have played in.

5) How much free time do you think you would be able to devote to library moderating every week?
I would be able to spend time each day, but my schedule is flexible enough that I could work one hour if I was only needed that much to 12 hours if I'm needed that much.

6) What other responsibilities do you have that occupy your time?
The only big responsibility I have is school. Also for the third week in July I might not have internet.

7) Here you may type any other thoughts you have that weren't covered in the previous questions:
I am in an "English Honors" class which I currently have a 97.27% in. My mom is an applied linguist. As laid out I pretty much have to know all about my grammar. Thanks for reading my application.
