Okay~ Hello there this is Neekie! Well, let me get to the point! Me and some other mods will judge your aviis, banners and icons! If you pass we will assign you a job and make you a mod! So Start your avii, banner and icon makers up and rip em' out! [avii MUST be made by you because we will make you make aviis for people~]

Please tell us weather it is a banner icon or avii. Good luck to you all!
