Tell me your opinion :)

I personally think it may turn out good by the looks of it.
People are probably thinking that they're repeating, but they're just quickening the important bits from the manga to get things straight and then soon the manga story will start coming in.
I already saw A few things that happend in the manga, even if they're tiny.

I saw about 2 minutes of it and stopped watching. I thought it would be about what happened after the first series, but Al is still a suit of armor. I dont get it...

Yeah, it's as people say, it's a remake. This anime adaption will ACTUALLY follow the manga storyline ^_^

This sereis seems to take itself a bit less serious than its predecessor. As far as content so far it seems like they summarizing the first series in the firstseason. it will probably take at least a season or two for them to put out some new plot arcs

as far as recommending it. The Eng dub for the first series was done incredibly well (props to the VA for Edward, Vic Mignogna as well as some great work from Funimation). I hope that the same team will return to do the series justice.

I hope that they might take the series beyond the connection into Hitlers Germany in the first series, but i think that it was also pretty smart to end there on the other hand. I fear that this series might have just be a simplification of the previous story for a wider audience to get into the characters.

wow, still don't get it?

FMA brotherhood follows the manga, aka the original story. The first version was fillers, even the movie was filler -_-

Yeah. i obviously need to read FMA manga, but sure as hell not the Viz distribution cuz its been censored (apparently all the christian images were a no go). does anyone know where i can find a good site for fan translated manga scan or torrent?

Viz did not censor parts on Hayate the Combat Butler. I don't know why is there a need for censorship.

Anyway, you can read scanlated mangas in sites like mangafox.com, onemanga.com, and many other sites.

I liked the first one better because the second has powerful people that get killed from the start that doesn't quite make sense if you compared it to the first one
