sure its too long for short essay..
btw it's nice what is pointing in there..
but will anyone will do that...?
by the way when typhoon Ondoy and Pepeng hits Philippines i saw the love and courage of every people here..
im really proud that everyone is concerned to each other., and in our place in marikina im in squatter area and its too low in that spot my the water reach our 2nd floor and we are at the sealing of our house, i think we are 30people there (im proud of our sealing coz it did not broke =D)...we are very thankfull we are all okay but many others died =(.,after that a Korean i dont whats his job He donate many Relief goods and i think its 1000+ pesos each for 1 family and we are thousand's who fall in line and he also provide trucks to clean our area..his too good i really want to know him but he's already gone =(...i really want to thank him...i Love my Philippines and Korea...!

Whatever, at least a few people shown concern for us. I am grateful, should I say, thankful... Korea shared the same fate as us during 1945. I am pretty sure, us Filipinos and Koreans are related by the same fate once. Hope we'll learn... Anyways, its kinda hard living in a nation full of smart and intelligent people dont you think?

I mean, our officials are indeed smart, at stealing taxpayer's money. If we Filipinos are indeed dumb, then, those officials would have long gone to the execution platform. I guess you get what I meant. Anyone?

I've actually read this almost 5 times now...
sadly, I agree.

It makes me think hard... What should I do for my country?...
the land many of our ancestors died for...
will we just give in to poverty, corruption, laziness
and depend on other countries and be HELPLESSLY insulted?

Though it would seem very foolish to keep doing what is right and good...while others easily cheat their way in life...
I hope I can still stand up and live out my responsibility..not just as aFilipino...but as a Human Being .

whaahhaahha REFLECTION PAPER bah?! ahahaha

it's not Lazy people the problem in the PI. we have a problem is " age discrimination" . when you reach a 40+ you cannot find the descent job anymore. babagsak ka nalang sa pagiis-stay home. iether maging chismosa.

you cant blame others for not loving the country as much as the heroes back then, why because i think that its embarassing enough that the filipinos itself are the ones whos destroying the country

other than that, many of us wants to work in bigger offices and bigger positions thinking its the only road to success but it is not. what this country needs is people who can generate jobs. what's the use of manpower when no one's going to utilize them? its not like labor here is cheaper compared to china...

Hello DrifterZo, i agree with you, but what we can do about that? eventhough the labor is cheaper than the other country, the thing is who's going to generate job in our country? dapat yan ang isipin ng mga matataas na nakaupo sa gobyerno. sila dapat ang gumawa ng nyan. susunod lang naman tayo. bakit kc ang bulsa ang inu-una nila bago ang mga nagupo sa luk-lukan nila. yan din kc ang namana nila sa mga
government official noong araw (spanish generation) hanggang ngaun ginagawa nila. di parin sila natitinag sa nangyaring baha ng Ondoy, di parin ba sila nagigising sa katotohanan? kailangan ata sigawan sila ng ganito HOY! GISING!!!

ANO KAYA!!!

and that's what should leaders do... initiate! facilitate!

hindi tlaga pwede na isa o dalawa ang gagalaw. kung lhat ng tao gagalaw, dapat may mangunguna... somebody should lead, so all efforts for improvement will not be in vain... if indeed everybody works, thinks and cares for the country, somebody should unite direct those efforts.

hindi pwedeng sabog ang efforts, pag tulong tulong mas maraming mgagawa...

so i think here enters corruption....

well, i also agree on this discourse..

NATIONALISM is badly needed in this country.

kung may love, wala sigurong corruption, for love is selfless,,,

kung may love, wlang apathetic, for love cares.

Lets just hope.. that our next president will make our economy grow...

by making the economy grow there will be many job oppurtunities..... many Businesses...

like one of my teacher said that.. when she was young like at the ageof 16-20 years old.. the country was a developing country..

and know she's married and almost 50, Philippines is still a developing country..

*sigh* [FRUSTRATED]

Filipinos wake UP..
