House of Five Leaves/Sarai-ya Goyo is always drawn like that and it is awesome. Seriously, it is one of the few series I recommend based on perfection. The single shame is the different set of animators working on some of the final episodes; only because they fail to execute the eccentric style as well as the rest of the series.
