media player has it vlc has it even windows media player has a function for screen shots

on vlc pause go to video on the top menu and press snapshot you can advance the frames with the arrow keys < >

same on media player classic except its under file then save image or by pressing Alt + I

Windows Media Player

Open Windows Media Player
Then go to Tools | Options
In Options, select the Performance Tab
Way below you click on the Advanced Button
Uncheck “Use Overlays’
Click Ok
And you are ready.
then you can press the PrtScn button and paste onto paint and you are done

Some scenes from Birdy the Mighty: Decode (the fast-paced fight scenes) are drawn in what looks like a sketchy we didn't have time to make it any better way, but that's the whole point. Take the fight between Birdy and Nataru, which by the way was kinda one-sided, and you'll see it focuses on the action not the pretty visuals and particularly I like that. With that said, animators don't want to pour all their resources into making every single frame super detailed and visually appealing.

I can't remember when but some time in the anime The Third, the art was just /really/ weird for a couple of episodes. like, it went from pretty art to noticeably bad art. it was hilarious, and hard to watch since it went on for a few episodes. thankfully it stopped. i wonder what the hell happened the anime was really good though so i forced myself to look at those episodes.

i love this thread lol. funny how a lot of them are from nartuo

I remember when it hit episode 12 (as I recall), my reaction was, "What the hell happened to the animation quality?".
