I'm just wondering if filipinos in cr care about political issues like "cha-cha" since a lot of people are doing rallies.

I think you should explain what "cha-cha" is first.

If I'm not mistaken, isn't it called Charter Change or something... I heard one of my aunts talking about it one time.

But I don't really know what its all about really. =_=

hi, you're right, i should explain it. based from my research, it would actually change our system,A multi-party system (A multi-party system is a system in which three or more political parties have the capacity to gain control of government separately or in coalition.)into parliamentary system. which means, people can no longer vote for the president that they want. we will not have the right to vote anymore.

Mindanao people (NPA) is rebelling against our government because they think they focus more on NCR but with the help of CHA CHA they will be given more importance.........and if you'll really read theconstitution ....... it will not prolong the stay of the current president and government official ...... but the next one
