pretty much any word can be turned around and used for another meaning

Every region will have it's own slang so calling it american slang is pretty off.

You have no idea how much I talk in slang.

Why you ribbing? (Louisiana slang for "talking about someone. You know like a "yo mama" sort of thing.")
Catch the street- FIght in the street
Thick- There's two definitions to this slang
1.) A girl that has junk in the trunk, or she looks good from her thighs and breast.
2.) A club or a place that is packed. "Man, it is thick up in herre tonight.

Traphouse- Don't want to know what it means.

and for "cow" It can have two meanings to it.

1.) To catch a serious fit. "My mom just had a cow over my cell phone bill." or "Please don't catch a cow here. Not now."
2.) Another slang for a fat person who really isn't fat. Girls use it to hurt other girls. Basically a fat person if you want it direct.
Ex.: "What a cow, she didn't say anything to me when she got here." Or "That cow is still at the buffet."

I probably know the meaning to EVERY slang there is. >.>

Well some people could make some words up. (I'm American FYI)
But yea there are some i know.
Like:
Crud, Dawg, umm, {the use of like on every sentence}, DANGGGGGG.

I don't know about the other states in the US. but in California they say the F-word a lot. <<-- mostly hear it at school.
