Hey Hey , What's Up!! We're hiring some talented designer makers now so APPLY to show off your skills. In this application we're gonna be a lot tougher in choosing our new makers. Here are some things to keep in mind while applying
▸ Use your best gfxs or make some new ones
▸ Don't use to many brushes/textures
▸ Keep a main focus
▸ Show different stlyes in your examples

The Review
I liked both of your examples but you shouldn't slather on brushes like that it makes it look sloppy. And for the second one if you rendered it you should've tooken the black lines around it out or left it all in. The Decision
CONGRADULATIONS you are now a mod of CG. Hooray!!!! But in your application you said that you could make anything could you show me some examples.

The Review
I really did like the avii plain and simple got to point but the text was too light and hard to read. The profile page is okay I guess but the text was still to bright to read. The Decision
Truth to be told I don't know whether to accept you or not. Your accepted since I think that you can do better.

** Spoiler Alert!!! click to hide or show** Your aviis arn't that bad its just that the text and the borders don't match. Work on that. Also your banners look more like aviis. Here's something to keep in mind.
Avii = tall and thin (most of the time unless you want to change it around)
Banner = long and thin
Icon = square
Userbar = long and super thin
Your gfxs are wonderful just work on text font and placement and if your gonna use a banner make sure it matches The Decision

Let me tell you something sometimes (or most of the time) simple is better too much designs can get in the way.
