hi guys, so here is my proplem

i want to know how to get this kind of japanese/korean ey makeup, and could it look perfect without circle lences?
and can i use Pencile eyeliner instead of liquid one?

u can use pencile eye liner and line it again with a black eye shadow so it would look softer . . .
