His best jokes are the ones he doesn't make on purpose. It never ceases to amuse me to see scenes that show his athletic ability (or complete lack thereof.) XD

Haha, his destroying the world joke/comment still brings a smile to my face.

Ahh Lelouch, you gotta love him. He's such a drama queen, but it really works for him.

Who's your favorite character, by the way?

To avoid completely the Lelouch/Suzaku debate, I actually like C.C. the best.

Haha really? Well I don't really mind who other's peoples favorite characters are, unless of course they start bashing other characters for no reason. >.>

My favorite character is Suzaku then Lelouch and C.C. It's odd because in the beginning I really didn't like C.C. but I really liked Kallen, by the end it was the opposite (well except I didn't dislike Kallen, I just..didn't like her anymore).

Poor Suzaku, he gets bashed more than any other character.

Eww, Kallen. (Kidding). But really, letting the blind girl take control, only for her to become a tyrant? Smooth move guys. (I know she has her sight at the end, I liked her blind.)

Hmm come to think of it, maybe one of the reasons I started liking Kallen less and less is the she's the main fanservice female. She is a rather contradictory character in that way you know? She embodies feminine strength, she's strong, independent, and intelligent. She can take care of herself and is still feminine. Yet she's the own whose skirt is always flying up and the one who's constantly showering.

Hmm yeah, I didn't like what happened with Nunnally in the end sorta, but I think partly it should've been done, if in the last episode

Of course. Your addition to the 'your favourite piss-poor literature character' thread has been noted.

Whoa, someone's grumpy today.

I don't think Harry Potter is that bad, though he's a bit too angsty for me.

Be glad no one has written 'Edward Cullen' on their list yet.

It seems the world must always endeavour to prove me wrong:

I usually like the main character or the heroine.....

1) Jace (The Mortal Instruments series)
2) Edward (The Twilight series)
3) Rosie Dunn (Where Rainbow Ends)
4) Lyra (The Golden Compass series)
5) Sancha (The Faerie Path series)

Not grumpy, so much as annoyed at just what J.K.Rowling did to that series. I love the premise and read FF about it quite frequently.

Lol you mean the last book? Yeah it crashed and burned. That is my least favorite book of the whole series.

Even books 5 and 6 were not quite as good as the first three, with four being the turning point. I enjoyed four, but it marks the point where she truely lost all hope for the series to prosper. And honestly? Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny is possibly the worst pairing she could have done short of Harry/Draco.

Lol I completely agree with that. The 4th book is my favorite actually.

I supported Harry/Hermione, it seemed the most plausible and seemed much cooler than Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny. Honestly I think it went that way so it would turn out nice and neat. Except life doesn't work that way.

Her reason for Harry/Ginny was that Ginny was like Lily, but Hermione is much more like Lily, the only big thing Ginny and Lily share is the hair color, and that's about it.

And personally I think Draco/Hermione is very cool too. XD Though for the series, it would/should never happen.

Hmm, another reason she gave for not going with the H/Hr pairing is that she didn't want to conform to the expected fairytale ending. Though it begs the question, if its the fairytale eding everyone wants and is expecting, why the hell would you do the exact opposite?

Lol seriously.

I don't understand how Harry/Ginny Ron/Hermione isn't a fairytale ending. Everyone is absolutely happy and it works out for everyone. Isn't that the most fairytale/unrealistic ending?

Everyone is happy except for the literate fans who like to have a sensible plot. When you build up to a romance between two characters, only to suddenly change it to a pairing that makes little sense the fans start to ask questions. Incidently, the lamest line to kill the Harry/Hermione pairing, 'she's like a sister to me'. Ooh, been taking plot tips from Meyer, Rowling?
