Turkey is a muslim country. Like Europe is full of Catholic countries. Turkey is mainly populated by muslims and I believe it is ruled by a dictator who dictates religion. There is no religious freedom there and quite frankly, it is heavely steeped in Islamic history.

actually it has a goverment and that who runs the country, its democratic and there is religous freedom (hence the reason it is a canidate to gain entery to the U.N or is part of it I forgot) and does have alot of islamic history but so does spain(it was ruled by muslims which was a multicultural society but was then invaded as there power declined).

I thought the muslim power was declining in Spain and increasing in France. Just a thought. I always thought Turkey was under a dictatorship. Whoops, I was wrong.

If I can't use it for a school speech, it cannot be all that credible. Almost all high schools do not recognize it as credible and consequently, I never use it. There are better sources and Wikipedia (if you notice) links you to better sources. So why use Wiki at all if it openly acknowledges it is not a credible source?
