We weren't able to find anything wrong with the file that is being reported so we think it's just a problem with Avast's virus definitions.

I think its fine, Avast occasionally has false positives but it could be possible that someone put something into the javascript for this site that Avast see as potential danger...which is probably the bar that says "Favorite Articles / Favorite Buddies / Favorite Groups /etc" at the bottom.

lolwut? That didn't seem to make sense at all...

I'm also getting the malware pop-up. I don't really know what to do when it comes to these types of things. I did try downloading and using FireFox to see if that made a difference but I still get the pop-up whilst using that browser :/
Should we just avoid using the website for a while or do something with the Avast anti-virus? Like find an alternative? :S

uhh i use a mac, with safari. so i don't use avast or anything like that, so i wouldn't know...
but back when I had windows, back in like... 2007. I got a virus from this site. :/ but that was long ago; either than that, i don't seem to have any problems with this site.

yeah i wrote that so it doesn't make sense lol.
but like yeah I got a virus from downloading porn from megaupload or rapidshare and then yeah the virus I got said that spybot was causing the virus basically the virus just blamed other things for it like it blamed firefox too and yeah thats it. The virus I got I had to reformat my computer because it was so deadly. I couldn't kill it and thats it. thats what happen to me.

this never happened to me before since i used mcfee, symantec antivirus, and avg. never use avast before. but i hope that the malware would just shoo-shoo away from my computer. i don't want to get my computer a virus again, been on more than ten repairs already.

I am also having this problem with avast finding malware.

http://static.ak.crunchyroll.com/js/20090617162000.9e15cf5400673a3c585209bcdcd3023f/php.default.min.js\{gzip}

I just installed windows fresh yesterday, so I doubt that an outside virus is causing anything.
It's either a legitimate virus in the js file or avast is giving false positives..
